  • Maximum allowed weight is reached, both in the Buzz and in the trailer. We try to take this over the mountains to see how it does. We have Pekko with us.

    I am currently waiting for an ID buzz I ordered, also with a white steering wheel. Regretting that choice after seeing the condition of this one 😬

      It is the previous driver that caused this, I’m not sure. Could be wrong products used. I usually love white interiors and details!

    Great real life test, and I could just keep watching all those awesome tunnels and landscapes in Norway all day. I have been to Innhavet as the most northen destination, but only by car from Bodø and back. I hope to one day make the Nordkap trip either in the ID Buzz or on my motorbike ;)

      Thanks for watching! I am actually going to Innhavet and further north very soon 😀

    It is nice to see that prices are being posted. We have now charged once away from our house, at a hotel in Selbu using a wall socket. It cost NOK 150 for about 55 kWh, or just under NOK 3/ kWh. It took about 18 hours to charge. We attempted to use a fast charger at Ikea in Trondheim, but all of the stalls were taken, when we arrived. EF16309

      Yeah, we need more advertised charging costs!

      @@RoamingNorway I think it would make a lot of sense if you could post the overall cost of recharge at the end of a road trip video, as a summary of the whole trip. And BTW it would be really nice if you could also post how much time you spent on charging, so people like me considering getting an EV could estimate how much time I would lose in a road trip compared to an engine car.

      @@lw1073sure, I will try to track that in the future. The thing about charging is that it’s never optimized, because most times I need to eat/bathroom/walk the dog. The car is ready before me.

      @@RoamingNorway That’s exactly why I want to see real-world records. Nothing would be really optimized in a real trip.

      @@lw1073 I get that! Thanks for the feedback, I will try to incorporate this into future roadtrip series.

    Nice honest video. Charging equates to 33p uk which is cheaper than here where we aim for 44p (0.44 Gbp) on the Road...EV network of chargers in your country is a few yrs ahead of UK it looks like.

      @RoamingNorway  11 месяцев назад

      Thank you! I am sure you will see a massive expansion of charging in the UK in the next few years.

    Is there a reason for you calling "eficiency" to the consumption?

    • @RoamingNorway
      @RoamingNorway  9 месяцев назад

      Because consumption per kilometer = efficiency.
