Hi Mike, I enjoy your content, but I am in Australia and there are some buyer's agents but a majority of agents such as myself only focus on selling properties. Therefore, you will find there are buyer agents and selling agents and you also need to be very careful regarding conflicts of interest. Have you interviewed an Agent that only focuses on selling?
As to showing photos from MLS on a video, here in our market, the MLS won't allow it without the listing agent's/seller's permission, FYI. Check your rules so as to avoid fines.
One question he mentioned “when not allowed in the home to record” he uses the photos on the mls… am I legally allowed to use photos on the mls to market on my RUclips channel or does he still ask
I believe NAR rules (if you’re a Realtor) you always have to get permission before advertising someone else’s listing. One thing most of these videos don’t mention (great videos btw) is per NAR rules you’re also supposed to mention who the listing agent is, along with their contact info as well.
