Just a diy'er, but your videos have really helped me up my painting game!
Awesome. That's what I like to hear. Appreciate the comment and support brother
You are phenomenal in your videos. Straight to the point and very knowledgeable. Start charging for courses 😂

Thanks brother!
Fantastic job came out nice 👌🏻
Much appreciated
Thank you for the knowledge you pass on. I've learned a lot and have started painting my first vehicle. I really appreciate you showing everything and how to correct issues that occur when spraying in a garage.
Awesome! Appreciate the comment and support!
Good stuff brother 👍. Keep the content coming.
Will do! 👍

Good job Chris.. Happy Holidays
Happy new year!
I just repainted a hood and door that didn't turn-out the way I wanted using the 610/r500 with you're setting recommendations and it turned out perfect. I've learned a ton from your videos. Keep em coming. Happy new year!!!
Awesome! I appreciate the comment and support brother!
Another great video
Thanks brother!
Another GREAT video Chris! I really like the Finish 1 line, The FC710 is great for fast clear, and the FC-720 is a great for general use, but the FC-740 is a stellar clear with even higher solids! For the price...Whoa! Love it brother and so stocked to see you at 50k subs, very well deserved sir! Happy New Year!
Thanks brother! Working hard for the 100k. I want to try the the finish1 740. Sub to you channel 👍
Looks pretty damn good to me....nice job !
👍
Excellent stuff
👍
Amazing video Chris, considering you don't have a spray booth I think your finishes come out very clean as it can be difficult and frustrating when you put so much effort onto the prep and cleaning only to find a lot of dirt nibs in the clear.
Thanks for sharing and I hope you and your family have a great New Year🙏👍John UK
Thanks 👍
Big Thumbs Up
looks great to me!
👍
Happy new year
👍
Yessir thx job well Done..
👍
Hey Chris out of every person out there with their paint videos you're the only one tips I follow to the tee. About to start my own project and noticed you use different guns. I bought me a R500 gun and need to get another for my clear what would you recommend another lvlp or hvlp have 27 gallon Snap On compressor just want to make sure I have the right gun for the job thanks
How many cfm does your compressor produce? This is important to decide on a gun
Puts out 7 cfm at 125psi.. had to Google and look it up
@@albertgutierrez3865 Since your working with limited cfm stick with the lvlp. R500, Inokraft drzzle d1, or yt 160
Great informative video Chris, how do you get ur jobs so clean seeing as ur not in a booth environment ? …. Cheers thank you 👍
Great video Chris. I was wondering if H.E.T medium reducer work with Nason base coat or do I need to use Nason brand reducer?
Thanks again Chris! You have been so helpful.
I don't find a big difference in reducers. I used the h.e.t before and it works well.
@@GarageNoise Someone on a Facebook page said urethane reducer doesn’t work with Nason. Thanks again and love your work!
Hi there...I am working on my first project and at paint stage. Ive found your page and your videos are fantastic, they helped me alot..I have the same gun that you sprayed base..Eastwood LT100. Would you use the same setting for clear? Thanks!
Bump up the air pressure for clear maybe 28 psi
Thanks for this tutorial you are a great teacher. Curious why you didnt blend into hood and bumper? Im guesing the odds of noticing a shade difference too low to justify the extra work and material but would like to hear your thoughts
Well, the insurance company didn't pay for it. Most of the time I would have insisted they do but we were also under a time crunch. I did a sprayout and the color looked great.
Awesome content is the sagola a LVLP as well??
No It's not, It consumes around 10.5 cfm
Hi Chris!
Would you recommend using a wet bed for a blend like this or is this way going to be ok?
Thanks!
Whats your best method for light hail damage? Happy New Years! Cheers
Paintless dent removal ,pdr. That's the best option.
what have noticed is when i spray the Finish1 710.. i get more orange peal.. so i've gone to only the 720 it's been giving better finishes. yes it's slower to dry, but basically no wetsanding needed barely any orange peel
I like the 720 but if I need to color sand it the next day it's very hard to get those fine scratches out seems like it need another day or to to cure.
What inexpensive. Low pressure guns do you recommend for base coat and clear coat ,going to attempt to spray my 1964 impala in my garage thanks fo all your help
Check out some of my video's on lvlp paint guns, I have many video's on these guns. R500, YT-160, AEROPRO A610, INOKRAFT drizzle D1 these are all the same or similar guns. I have links to these in the video's but there all on Amazon
Hello, the videos are very educational. I am using ppg DC 3000 clearcoat and everytime I apply clearcoat I get orange peel, what can I do to eliminate orange peel.
Hope to help me out thanks mark.

Check this video out, I have others on this topic
Why are you sealing the new panels? Aren’t they factory primed???
Question? Why do you not paint or seal the underside of the fender? I'm fixing to do my fender and wheelwell and didn't know if I should spray sealer on it or not. Thanks.
They come with a e-coat which protects the underside.
Is this a lvlp or hvlp and what size nozzle. Thank you from South Africa
1.3 with the tech cap which is like a HTE in between a lvlp and a hvlp
Do you prefer wax n grease remover or alcohol?
I think isopropyl alcohol creats less static but I use them both
You always talk about your gun and settings, but you don't often mention what size tip you're spraying with...
I need to mention that your right thanks for pointing that out. 1.3 is what I'm using
I have a question what if I finished paint a surface with primer and there are still remaining primer in the gun should I pour it on a container so at it can be used next time
No you can't do that with 2k primer you'll ruin the whole gallon.
@@GarageNoise So what should I do then
You upped the pressure spraying the sealer, but you didn't say why
I wanted a bit more atomization for a smoother sealer.
No audio on right channel. Please fix and re-upload.
Not sure what you meant by that?
@@GarageNoise audio from RUclips (and standard broadcast TV, movies etc. is in Stereo: a separate channel for right and left ears.
Your video does not have audio on the right hand channel, only the left hand channel. That is sometimes the result of a mistake in processing. It may have been RUclips's fault.
If you listen to this video on headphones or earbuds, you will hear the difference right away.
It is a frustrating and disconcerting experience, and will reduce your videos reach because many will not put up with it.
As far as I know, the only way to fix it is to delete this video and reupload it.
Great video thanks for sharing 👍
Thanks Bud!
