- The Berrics traveled with Cariuma all over America to create a new series that breaks the mold for skate edits, BLOOM. Between battling the rain and hitting the streets, the team meets up with icon Mike Vallely and ends up in the center of the largest skatepark in America. Featuring Le’Andre Sanders, Tyler Peterson, Cody Cepeda, Becker Dunn, Timothy Johnson, Levi Löeffelberger and Lucas DeLao, if there’s one brand in bloom, it’s Cariuma.

I grew up near Des Moines and remember hearing about this mysterious plan for a gigantic skatepark for like 10 years - it always seemed like a pipe dream to me. It seemed like we had asked for too much and if we'd just asked for a more reasonably sized park than it might actually happen. I'm glad I was wrong. It's so rad to see Des Moines with such an amazing park now. I don't live in Iowa anymore but I've made several trips to that park and it is incredible. Iowa will always be home for me, stoked you guys stopped by and checked it out. 515 for life!
Tyler Peterson is seriously such a satisfying skater to watch
Tyler is so damn good, it's kind of disgusting how effortless he makes it look.
Being from Iowa, this is so sick, it perfectly describes how skate culture in a 4 season state makes a different culture altogether. Fantastic film.
I also wanted to add that I was a part of most of these skateparks being built and seeing people enjoy them brings tears to my eyes.
It motivates me to improve in skateboarding. I would like to be as good one day as everyone who is part of Berrics. Greetings from Costa Rica.

From iowa. But yeah they built that huge one in Des Moines foor Dww Tour or something but the concrete park in Davenport is so badass too right next the river and has a masive bowl section but anyway love the vid and that y'all came to Iowa. Plus it usually doesnt rain all the time
