It's a triple entendre to call Andy a phenomenally "balanced" skater. Stability, mentality, and in terms of style/skill-set; he's like a incarnation of the spirit of skateboarding. Can't help but watch vids of him with a goofy grin on my face in awe of his flow.
He even makes crashing look cool it’s amazing. His probably my favorite of this era
That’s part of why he’s my favorite skater. You can tell he loves skateboarding and he borrows from all disciplines. And creativity is something I value a lot. Every time I see him skate I see a bunch of things I’ve never seen before that inspire me

Yes! Another NKA vid with Andy Anderson in his true element. Andy is my favourite skater and the Venice Beach scenes in the Thrashin' movie and Natas in Streets of Fire is literally what got me into skating back in the late 80s. Could never get there because I'm in Australia so Andy is living my dream for me vicariously. Love it.

This is so legendary, instant classic. Toss this one in the time capsule its gonna be a true treasure to re-watch in 20 years or so, just like watching the old footage of Rodney Mullen doing skate demos for crowds of people or the ones of Mullen practicing tricks/lines.
Theirs something extra cool about seeing and hearing the other skaters and spectators reaction to witnessing Andy's amazing spontaneous freestyle endurance skating... he just keeps going and going and going...
He had so many wild lines in this, Andy's always a marvel to watch.

The board really is a continuation of himself. He see the board as his feet and he likes to walk, grind and flip off of everything. Hard, hard work and of course a small natural gift.

Andy is in a league of his own! 💯💯💯 and it's my FAVE skater! I use to ride back in the early 80's in swimming pools and a few skate parks in the area. And I'ma girl 🥰 and I still have a few of my old boards with tractor trucks and yoyo and sims wheels 😂.
