Yea... Unfortunatley drums only excersize muscles in the arms that arent visible. It works on muscle memory, tendons, and wrist muscles. You would think youd get big arms but nope Lmao.
@@VertesaGaming it is visible. It's going to make your arms cut and have visible muscles. They do not build muscle however so you're right on the part about it wont make your arms big.
