- Hello everyone, in this episode we restore an old weight lifting bench I salvaged. Though rusty, having paint stained vinyl, and missing parts, we make it look (almost) new.

Great video , nothing like having your own personal gym , love mine have many peices of equipment from Ed Jubinville, Dan Lurie, etc , with some newer stuff , beats traveling back and forth to a gym

Do you have any old nautilus machines ?
I have the original machine built in the 1940s with the very first cam design. I don’t have any others though, but I have access to those old machines.

find a pullover machine! im looking for a nautilus pullover from the 70s! my first gym i went too in the early 90 s had one and i used it but didnt know what i know now and id like another shot at it!
The Nautilus machines for some reason are really expensive and really hard to find. A friend of mine spent a year looking for one for triceps. He paid around 3k for the machine and drive through 4 states to pick it up.
