Nice Job! I did an 02 F-350 4dr (7.3L turbo) dually last yr. It had a big barn shaped utility body on it when I bought it. Found out though, when putting on p.u. bed the trucks wheel base was 5 in. longer than a reg. p.u.. So, I left a 5" gap between the bed & cab so that the wheel wells were centered over the rear axle. I had a solution for the gap, I ran chrome exhaust stacks to cover it. It turned out really nice. Good luck with yours! 5.9 Cummins/turbo is one of the best mid-range diesels.
The best part of a dodge is the motor, im a 7.3 a 6.0 and a 6.4 owner and i do still enjoy a straight piped inline 6 with PAC. Props to a well built project.

My cousin bought a 2004 F-650 with a 5.9 Cummins in it and he uses it for pulling his 41ft camper. He used to have a 2001 F-250 with a 7.3 in it but when you are pulling a camper that is 41 feet long it really puts a strain on the truck. Everyone buys their vehicle for a purpose, stop hating on what other people want to do. It's their money, why would you care? Jealous maybe? I don't know. But stop hating.

FYI the f650 gets 15mpg with a c7 cat engine, turns sharper (almost on itself) will pull more weight safely ( will stop 10,000 lbs ) with no trailer brakes. visability is also better. i am building my truck ( 650 6 door excursion) because if you really use a 1 ton dually you will find its limits and need more.

when you say you raised the frame rails in the back 10inches is that 10 inches from the top of the stock f650 frame rail? im bulding mine now and dont feel like putting the bed on and off 5 times to get the bed lines and the cab lines to line up.

Yes believe it or not they put Cummins in the 650 and 750 series now.. they offer it through Ford when you order a new truck.. but only for 650 and 750 for now.. Dont believe me go look up www.ford.com in the commercial trucks.
