I hope you are enjoying the truck so far. it definitely take some getting used to if you having driven one that big before. best piece of advise I can give is to not focus on steering too much. it will feel like its going all over the road, but if you let her do her thing, she will ride much better. Oh, and air down those tires. hahaha.
Just saw this. Yea we're enjoying the truck! We have another f-650 so it wasn't that hard getting used to the truck. The steering really isn't a problem its just the turns. It's not too good at turning its a really big pain to turn. And the tires my dad wants to air them down or put smaller ones but I don't haha. Thanks for the advice man Happy Holidays.

What is up with all that rust? For a 2011 truck, it seem ancient up under the rig. I guess it is a work truck and not a street cruiser or show truck. Still, for a six year old truck, that is really rusty. Don't get me wrong, I would love to have this truck. It is awesome..
It's not rusty, it's Georgia mud! He should have washed it before he made the video. Yeah the 5th wheel is rusty, nothing a good coat of grease wouldn't fix.
That thing is a beast! I want a flat bed so I can haul my 5th wheel. Do you know anything about the newer 650's with the 6.7 PS? I want one with the CAT and Allison transmission, but I like the look of the newer ones.
Did the truck have remote start? I tried everything to start it thru the remote and it NEVER worked I had to pay 1.3k to install the best alarm system, and for the remote start

J Jaycobs MPG ran about 6-8mph and tanks held about 200 gallons so it was usually at least 1200 miles on a totally fill up. But usually just filled up one tank at a time

you are 100% correct........he should have cleaned up surface rust on under-carriage.

nope, it was a great truck. cummins diesel engine with Allison transmission makes for a pretty bullet proof combination.
