Husqvarna V500 Series Stand On Mowers (V548, V554)

The long wait is finally over! The Husqvarna stand-on mowers are finally here and readily available in the United States! So how well do they work? We got the opportunity to take this V554 out for a spin and see what it will do. Stand-on mowers have become very popular with lawn care companies because of their maneuverability and their smaller size. The V554 is only 57 inches long. Compare that to a full size zero turn like a Z560X from Husqvarna and this the stand-on saves you a full 2 feet of space on the trailer. This means that if you can only get 2 commercial zero turns on your trailer you will very likely be able to get 3 of these stand-on mowers on the trailer. That means more work getting done at a faster pace.
The V500 series from Husqvarna come with a 5 year/1500 hour warranty. They are very easy to operate, they perform well on slopes and inclines, and save a good bit of time.

I would be tempted to buy one of these for our property just due to the performance on hills. They are GREAT on hills! The only thing holding us back is that the stand on doesn't have the ability to use a collection system. Need something to be able to collect the leaves.

i bought one they are terrible!!!! i would not recommend. it broke when I stood on it! fatphobic.
