- Today we’re demoing the brand new for 2020 Bobcat Stand On lawn mower here with Christian from C&I Services LLC. Christian was able to get a demo on the new ZS4000 stand on mower and I have to say, it’s a pretty sharp unit!
I haven’t personally seen the new Kawasaki EFI engine nor have I seen the throttle control in the knob format before, which are a couple upgrades to this new mower. The Bobcat stander also got the new AirFX deck which is apparently leaves a great stripe and cuts the lawns beautifully (as shown by Christian’s lawn!).
What do you guys think about the new Bobcat mowers and them getting bought out by DOOSAN? Love to hear your guys thoughts and let us know if you’d like to see us demo one long term and put it through the ringer next year in 2021!

I bought the last “green” line up of quick cats 4000. It has the dampened controls, wheels and hydros the zs4000 has. Everything minus the EFI and air fx deck. It’s awesome and the full 6 year 2000 hour warranty
We love the 4000 series as well! we hBe a 48”!

Looks like a great mower. One thing I really like is if the bobcat dealers sell them and service them, then they will have a good dealer support.
Wrong very wrong! I’ve had nothing but issues due to the company not getting back to the dealer, have a zt7000 and dealer can’t get parts to instal the bagger. Not very good communication on bob cats end

This mower is the same as kubota. We use them. Except newer features.. I will tell you from a business aspect its good.. So when your buying equipment alot of companies finance unless your huge or have cash to buy. But not everyone has 10k sitting around to buy one. So what companies like kubota, deere, and now bobcat have is the own financing which is great most is zero down, zero percent. It also opens you to be established to buying other equipment such as construction equipment etc. So as a whole its great. When you buy other equipment such as wright scag,ferris,exmark, walker, gravely etc. You finance third party through things like sheffield, td yard card, citi bank, normally these companies won't lend alot at one time especially when starting out. And rates aren't as good as deere, kubota, and now bobcat. Not saying these machines are better than others. There not, id much rather have a scag, walker, or wright, or even a exmark. I like these mowers. But financial stand point that's what kubota, deere and now bobcat are doing. Easier to sell to the consumer. Plus again for example I have credit established with kubota, I can purchase or rent skid steers, excavators loaders, other power equipment from them same with deere. If your not just a lawn company.. but if lawns is your business primarily then finance third party get scag, wright etc or pay cash.

Very cool looking mower. I can't agree with you more about the controls. I drove Tom's quickcat a few weeks back for first time & I was bouncing it around a lot!! And... I swear I was wondering where the deck pin was when he was showing off da mower. Hoping all is well, Dirty Jersey out!! #broinlawns!!

I have to say I have a 1997 zero turn bobcat and it’s the best mower I own. I would say that it’s quality is as good as scag, but that’s my opinion. Bobcats for life
I had a 2000 bobcat zero turn the cut quality was WAYYY better than new exmarks it’s was amazing

I bought a 2020 bobcat I like the dial throttle
I currently have the 36in bobcat stand on. After 6 hours belt already snapped. Definitely a great mower but so far doesnt seem reliable.sucks in handling it tear up the turf pretty easily and handles pretty bad compared to my old scag v ride 32. Definitely a great secondary mower gets the job done and cuts great.as long as you have a backup you'll be fine with this mower.

Just got a New Bobcat ZT3500 48" sit down and a ZS4000 36" stand up getting ready for Summer here in Florida they look great hope they run just as great switching over from Toro.
@The_Brown_Tiger So far so good with the Bobcats, I really like them. Great cut smooth ride and fast. The models I got work great for the .23 acre or less lots that I mow the 36" stand up is great for lots with small gates.

Schiller (green BobCat) built the stand on and painted orange for Kubota, now company sold to Bob-Cat skid steer company. Kubota doesn’t build a stand on at all. It’s still private labeled manufactured for them by this company.

This warranty is much more inclusive it’s basically covering most items in it compared to the old one was longer but less inclusive

Funny I did find the little cable on his deck! Must’ve sheared off somehow.
They do have a cable on it. No idea what happened I’m guessing a tree branch caught but they are super super heavy duty so I was dumbfounded
I'd like to see the difference between their TufDeck and AirFx deck , and is there a difference in the quality of cut ? But , yeah I'd like to see a demo on whatever you can get your hands on.
We had a duradeck and have the new airfx deck on a 6000 series its night and day difference. The airfx handles wet conditions so much better and the cut quality it like a ultracut deck. We have done one modification to ours and it really woke up the deck with discharging grass

@@John_D2 absolutely we found if we had the blade bushing machined longer and run a OEM scag blade instead of a bobcat blade it really started to perform

I want to see a review and side by side comparison like you did with scag and exmart but with the spartan mower and equivalent like gravely scag exmart a honest review I have a spartan and wished I'd went another direction
I liked the look of the spartan but read a lot of bad reviews on them

Brian, you should call a meeting with Ed Wright, Troy Clogg and Cory Ballard and propose creating your own line of mowers. haha You four guys could create something that would blow all of the other brands out the water. You know you have thought about it before..10X it! haha

I loved my bobcat, ran it for 10 years and loved it. But when I had mine they were made by Tectron. Think they may be totally different company now.
BobCat has been sold 2x since Textron owned them. LOL

I was pissed about it to, as I hired a family member (who is into computer design stuff) to make me a custom logo.....come to find out it wasn't a custom logo at all. I'm wanting to make another one but right now my flyers, social media, b cards and everything match that logo so 🤷♂️ it'll be into the winter before I replace it
We bought it off a logo site. I thought after that we owned the logo. Turns out nope they just pump the logos out!. I'll habe to redo my shirts,hoodies,flyers,biz cards,yard signs! It's crazy.

I run 6 bobcat mowers at 6 years 2700 hours... New warranty is so terrible.. i believe its below 1000 hours ... The salesman in the video tried to sell it lolol
They only changed the years. Every model is 3 years, the high hour limits are all still the same.
It’s 2000 hours for 3 years! It’s actually more inclusive than the ones on ur mowers because it covers much More and is not limited

Doesn't look like he cut anything. Looks like it stripes really good. But to show off a mower (even if its just a couple of rows) requires you show off the cut quality.

@@BriansLawnMaintenance Easy bruh. Most people don't want to see how well a mower looks. People want to see product in action and well it performs especially if the product is not the crowd favorite. I said it stripes nicely. By the way, I can keep up just fine. I can promise you this, everyone that is in the market for buying a mower, they want cut quality over anything else. If it is not too much to ask, maybe when you have time, film that mower in action. I believe you have even said that in some of your older videos.
