Check that last corner! You can gain alot of time down the straight! Don't worry about the entre to much, just get a great exit!

Thanks for the guide! I’ve been practicing the past day or two and man this track is tough in the iR-04. I can’t seem to put together consistent back to back laps, I’ll get one good one here or there but constantly spin on certain corners. Feels like this track in particular just has a lot more sketchy turns that are easy to lose grip on.

Yeah it is very hot track. Watch my race video around were and my first few laps were horrible!!

thxs for your guide! enjoyed your video and practiced about 4hrs trying to follow your vid...... but i couldn't. ir-04 is just a joke to me. It's undrivable. yes, i'm a noob and ir-04 is hard to ride. in monza (w1) ir-04 was quite predictable when tyres are hot(though still tend to oversteer too much in chicanes). but in laguna seca ir-04 is so random. i can't understand its movement. no matter what tyre temp is, it slip in turn 2,11 & understeer in some corners like turn 3,6. lock up front tyres too easily(this makes corkscrew hell). I tried so many laps but can't make a single lap clean. Tried trail braking for better entry, 5% throttle to settle oversteer etc I tried every knowledge but it was all in vain...found myself stuck on wall like an idiot. this track and car combination give me only stress and loss of confidence...how should i overcome this track? Can I get your advice?

Not a problem - first go back to basics, it may sound stupid but go really slow around the lap, like 3rd gear max, just fouce on the lines though the corners. Get a good understand of the track layout and how the corner changes (camber, bumps). I do it alot, if I'm struggling it's because I'm trying to run before I can walk type of thing. T2 is a downhill braking zone and very tight, the track is wide and invites you in but its a really tight hairpin corner. The whole track is slippery so slow corners with no downforce have 0 grip.
If your around for the stream tonight we csn have a chat.

@@Tdi99 thank you! That's a true golden tip. I will follow your layout walking method. Thank you and have nice weekend!

Question: are you changing brake bias?

Normally keep the the same, or 56-57% if I am locking the fronts
