Only a watch enthusiast would describe owning one watch as a one watch collection, everyone else in the world who owns one watch describes it as 'my watch'. After owning just one watch for the last 40 years I'm considering buying a second watch - and there are some great suggestions here. Thanks.

You missed the best one watch collection: Rolex datejust 41. Formal, waterproof, with date, can fit any environment perfectly. Preferably on jubilee bracelet.
