my cats logic is to beg for food then leave when we give it to them
Ours wakes us up to be fed, we feed him and climb back into bed, then he's suddenly already on the bed meowing in our face!

Yes!! Mine do the same! Or even if they can see the bottom of the bowl in one spot but yet there is plenty of food left- still begging for more! Silly kitties. 😹💜

My cats don't snuggle me on the toilet, they just pull the door open and stare at me as if judging me.
It's because we don't bury our poop...
Xenite227 one of my cats will come running every time we flush a toilet or turn on a tap and climb into the sink or onto the toilet seat and just stare at the running water and we can pour water all over him and he won't even flinch
They judge me all the time, even when i sleep

Sometimes when I’m in the bathroom my cat opens the door and comes in the bathroom meowing his head off demanding to be petted and then 3 seconds later he wants to get out

OMG the cat guarding the area where the ant was...that is so my cat. He found a spider along the baseboard one night so he checked all the baseboards around the house. Tonight he's been guarding a vent in my bedroom because a spider went down there...such a good kitty!

We did a video a long time ago about people acting like cats. Licking butts was one of them. I was to scared to do it so my older brother did it. It took him 10 Minutes to get in the right position. It was very gross

Cat logic: has fresh clean water in her food bowl. Prioritizes shower water and goes great length to lick the bathtub after somebody has showered. My cat is derpy. ^-^

Licks my legs when I come from the shower and whines when I drink from a glass... Full water bowl is ignored.
Do you put the food and water bowl next to each other? I heard cats don't like that for some reason
my cats logic, clean water or pool water? Pool water it is.
I don't often say this, but these cats are so lucky to own this human.
Also "meow, meow, meow, I want to go outside"... open door and close it behind them, "meow, meow, meow, let me in". and on and on it goes. lol Cat logic! But we love them! 🐱😊
i'm always taken aback by how beautiful cole's face is
i thought i was a smart person so i took your idea of making a quiz box for my cats. i used a shoebox and cut holes in it, filled it with a few treats, litte pieces of paper and let my cats at it. They batted it a few times and then got so fustrated that they ripped the lid off and proceeded to eat the treats. #fail

Was planning a road trip and checking a map. My cat attacks it then just lies down on it and give me the " What did I do? " Look ! Got her as a pregnant stray in 2012 . More like surprise barely a month after she showed up and refused to leave!

My cat seems to think that if she scrapes the window and the trash can next to the litter pan that she'll cover up where she used the bathroom. Usually my other cat or I have to cover it for her.
My one cat scrapes at the wall, and he gets really stubborn about it. The litter box is on the other side of the wall where the couch is and I usually knock on the wall to distract him and get him to finish. :D
My cat does this too! The wall and the dresser get scraped and the litter untouched. Sometimes she'll walk across the room and give the other wall a scrape for good measure...
my cat does the same but she srapes the litterbox door so long that it falls of and refuses to use her litterbox until her door is fixed
my younger one scraps the air and the floor when he finishes eating wet food, and when he's done peeing or pooping he just runs away really fast trough the apartment
yeah i work at a shelter and a lot of the cats do that! i wonder what causes them to do that haha

I really like that shot of Cole on the counter lying on the magazine and then playing with it. Just like my cat Dusty. Dusty likes to get in my basket of napkins at the dining table and fix them up for me. LOL

yes all very true , in the bathroom I have one on the mat watching me and one wanting snuggles or they sit behind me on the windowsill so I can 't see them but know they are both there staring hehe :o)

Asking for hours for me to open the door to the backyard and when I finally open it, goes out, sits right there and stares at me through the window from outside for another hour. With the door opened.

When he has to throw up, my cats runs to the hallway where the floor is bare, turns around and throws up on the rug he just left.

my cat wemt all the way up to the top of the cat tree and threw up from there to make sure there was good projectile and splashes.
Exactly. All your instances have happened to me too. Especially the 'I will go to great lengths to make sure it's not on bare floor' routine. I think I'm going to buy stock in 409 Carpet Cleaner.
I've had two boy cats who when they started to barf, ran to a litter box to do it there. Seriously.

Our cats snuggle in the bathroom too lol, and they like to lay in the sink while we shower. When we go into the bathroom they'll actually sit outside the door and cry until they're let in.

My semi-grandma of a cat hates our two year old tomcat we got one year ago. She hisses and growls at him from 10 foot distance even if he's not doing anything.
But they stick their heads in the same food bowl without any sign of aggression and have a relaxed lunch together.
Can someone explain me this logic?
Also ever since I built a room high cat tree, my cat started frequently visiting my room. To lay just beside it on the bare floor.

Had the same problem with one of my cats with her own daughter who came back to us when our neighbors had to move to an apartment that didn't allow pets.
My oldest cat is too fat to be invisible and my youngest thinks hiding her head is enough. It cracks me up everytime. 😂
I have several pics of my cat being "invisible". She keeps me laughing.
Same with all other cats we have had, there is always parts sticking out when they think they are invisible... But we did have a huge 9kg double the size of your other cats grey Bengal cat and he was a expert at hiding. First time we brought him home he had managed to hide under a small blanket just the same length as him inside the travel cage and we did think he had escaped somehow. Then we discovered he was just hiding :) Same happened lot of times we found him hiding in impossible small places with no bits of his huge body revealing his location. Sadly the female bengal cat we had hated him beating the shit out of him (literally) on several occasions and we had to get him relocated even if he was our other bengal cats best friend (I think she was jealous lol)
I have 12 cats..11 rescues 1 Maine Coon. I love all felines..
This Coon is amazing..he is smart. Engaging talkative, beautiful and full of fun. He retrieves springs, plays with toys..generally loves life. He is 9mo old, much younger than my 11other cats. He is slowly being accepted by them. All Sunny wants to do is play!!! The breeder has a kitten with an eye issue.."Wonkey" we can have himfor free..hope he joins us soon..

I couldn't sleep last night so Fabulous Lily Boo brought a gift home i.e a mouse I told her she was a good girl and moved forward to see if it was alive, we try to rescue them but she decided to immediately eat it munching with alacrity and might I say noisily through the bones. Cole and Marmalade seemed very well behaved around the ant. Fabulous Lily Boo (calico) and Detective Chief Inspector Morse (grey tabby) love watching your cat videos as much as their mummy does.
for some reason I don't think marmalade is used to the camera yet. his eyes!! lol
I did a doubletake when this opened - the afghan behind Cole looked SO much like a great white shark toy, the way it is draped!

Mine oddly enough don't do much derpy stuff (I wish they did!), but I do have one that sleeps right on my head at night...having your whole head vibrated as you fall asleep is weirdly soothing. :P
For mine it was always "If I get in the suitcase I get to go with you."
My princesses Logic: Mom gives me a bath and i cry but then she shower's without me! That's so rude! Especially when she closes the bathroom door on me! I have to constantly remind her to keep that darn door open. When will Mother ever learn?

Wonderful! And so true. Another alternative to not jumping up and sitting on the sofa is to wait until you are reclining in front of the tv and then sitting on your chest, preferably with the cat's bottom closest to your face-the logic of the cat in my profile picture xxx

Snuggling and cuddling on the toilet seat is a classic, but first she really yells at me "noooo, don't do it, don't sit down, it will suck you in, its too dangerous, it's a portal into evil mouse dimension, first you have to feed meee(oow).... 😂

My cat eats the same way. Half of the food ends up next to the food bowl of course and won't be touched again. Further there will be left a little bit of food in the bowl. Not to be eaten, no matter what! But screaming to you like if you haven't fed thim in months! Cat's, you've got to love them :D ❤
I used to have 1 cat that preferred floor food to bowl food. At least I used to have clean floors.

I adopted a feral black kitten recently, he unfortunately turned out to be Feline Leukemia Virus positive (FeLV). He is doing very well now (after treatment for mouth ulcers) and is he best cat EVER!!! Love him and hope he has the happiest life. Cats are the best!!!

The scene of Marm not wanting to snuggle until you were "otherwise occupied" reminds me of our Mosie (a bottle baby), whose favorite snuggling time (especially getting on our shoulders) is when we're in the bathroom.

Very funny video. We have a cat at the shelter that likes to use her paw to eat her food. Hopefully she will get a home soon and her family will think it is amusing too.

Funnily enough we have just adopted 3 kitties from Southampton Blue Cross. 2 Black boys, one of whom looks remarkably like Cole (lots of LONG black fur), and a Ginger-and-White. More "Marmalade-on-White-Bread" :-). Lots of black fur on the new faun carpet. . . . Oh well! (Got the carpet tiles years ago, just got round to laying them after our last puss passed on. They WERE cat-coloured back then!).

Marm is a HE ... and a DSH Tabby
He is just a regular short hair cat. Both of them were adopted so they aren't like pure bred or anything. His color is orange tabby. Many breeds can be tabbies.

Why do cats always want to cuddle while you're on the toilet? And why do they love shoes??
Cats know you are sitting still for a bit on the toilet, and shoes are rich in smell history.
OK, good, now explain why they want to put their faces right in my dinner but never want to eat any of it when offered.
I agree with Iris but mine also just LOVE the bathroom. I think is comforting that it's also a small room and there are less threats to watch out for? Maybe? Haha 😹💜
