Discovered 89a in 2021 while visiting Tour of Honor sites in Sedona. Fun ride and bought my girl jewelery from the Native American site. Fun and beautiful ride!
I think it was pulled pork! I can’t remember, though. It was one of the “signature/must try” menu items back in 2016, so I bet it’s still on the menu! 😎
Yay a video from my home state of Arizona! I agree Sedona has gotten so overwhelming with all people visiting! I’m located in Southern Arizona and enjoy the riding down this way.
I think nearly the whole state has some great rides to ride, but I will admit the farther north you go the more scenic it becomes! Really enjoying your work!
Witnessed far too many folks suffer heat stroke and heat exhaustion riding a little too long in extreme heat. Glad you made it out alive and live to ride another day. I’ve known riders who literally quit riding after a close call from heat exposure. Quit meaning they never rode again. It’s serious stuff.
Absolutely love your documentaries! Me and my wife became a big fan of your channel! Very inspirational! Hopefully we meet sometime, somewhere on the road! Thx!
Pretty country. America has such a variety of scenery. Always something new to see. Thank you for these snapshots of our wonderful part of an amazing world!
O my God ! The food is great , look so good 😊 can I join you? 😃 it’s look having fun over there … pretty amazing with the road and of course , how can I forget the beautiful Harley Davidson!
Hello little one just come across your vids and I've been watching them four over a hour now and I would love to make it that side of the country before I have to put my ole horse down for good Great vids keep it up chicky
These are my old stomping grounds. I cut my street riding teeth in AZ on rides to Yarnell Hill and Canyon Lake. I did my last ride up to Jerome on my dad's old Heritage Softail last year. Like you, I've opted for much cooler weather up in CO. I can now can be found flogging my bobber around the Rockies on weekends. Can't wait to get up to Trail Ridge Road now that it's warm enough.
I love your channel!! I come out west every two years and I use the rides you post to make my trip up. Great Job and if you every come to East Tennessee let me know and we will ride the hills together.
Living life to the fullest. I like that!. I'm riding from Chandler AZ to the north Rim here in a couple of weeks. It's a good ride. Stay safe or there.
Thank you for your videos, I think they are the best I have ever seen, your video making skills are top notch and I love the music you use in all of them. Keep 'em coming !!
Staci, we're in Nevada but the trip to Sedona through Bagdad, Jerome an Prescott is at least once a year for us 89a north to the Grand Canyon down through Williams and back home. what a great trip we like to take at two, three days if posabale.. keep riding.
was just down there( from northern nevada) buying my first harley! Can't wait to go back to Jerome and get to ride it. Had to trailer the bike back. Keep up the awesome videos they are great to watch!
Oh that's bringing back some memories. My wife and I did this route the other way, from wickenburg to Flagstaff. We stayed at the asylum in Jerome. Good times. But it sure does get hot. Keep up the great content. Alan. Scotland.
One of my favorite rides is that back way to Flagstaff from Wickenburg up the 89/89A. The only issue is the traffic that has shown up in the last few years.
Staci..Thank you for the hot ride in Sedona. 89A looks interesting for a ride. You always find the cool places to eat..give me some more places.. Girl😁. Alkaline water & get back home and hit that button for cool air to get it on! Happy Trails.🤗 Be safe. Goose_HD Lady 883
@@VagaBumAdventures hahahaha its a VERY rare occasion....this wasnt texas style brisket (obviously lol) but it was still pretty good! I always laugh when im outside of texas and theres not a "lean or moist" ordering option...thats when I know it aint the real deal haha
Loved this vid... spent about 8 days in Williams AZ. In June and did a day trip to Sedona for a dessert atv ride and your right , Sedona traffic sucks! Keep the great video coming, I love the places you go.❤
Wonderful pictures you added, really does show how beautiful the area is. We get back from trips only to find a few dozen GoPro clips of what we thought was beautiful at the time only to be disappointed with what we’ve captured. Wonderful episode of ride to food, I really enjoyed this one!
AZ heat is no joke. You were smart to be wary of it and end the video early. My wife and I live in the Valley and travel north to cool off as often as we can during these blistering summers. I love the Grand Canyon, we enjoy Route 66 through Williams, there's a good burger place in Flagstaff (The Northern Pines Restaurant), Sedona is too crowded and we just skip it... Jerome has The Haunted Hamburger. Some great spots in Prescott... the Lone Spur Cafe on Gurley Street for breakfast... and, my wife's favorite and best mac & cheese was found at the Prescott Brewing Company for lunch. I-17's best stop north of Phoenix is the Rock Springs Cafe at exit 242 for breakfast/lunch, and anytime for their famous homemade pies. Cooler temps travel, go to the four corners and get a Navajo Taco. AZ is such a scenic and diverse State... all roads lead to somewhere, and there's so much good food along the way. Enjoy! Peace. Pete
SOOO many good recommendations! I've been to a few of these! Definitely could spend a month riding in Arizona and still not scratch the surface on how much awesome food is out there! (And roads to ride, on and off pavement!) Thanks for watching and for the recs! :)
That was a great video!! As a Canadian who LOVES Sedona and Jerome, it was awesome to watch you ride the 89A and post all these pics. Bobby D's is awesome and so is the live music at the Spirit Room! Thanks for taking me to my happy place for a little bit! :-)
Yeah! It's gotten terrible since my last visit. I left flagstaff early to try and beat the crowds, and i still got stuck in it, lol! Thanks for watching! :)
Awesome trip! My wife and I have friends out in Surprise and they took us to Jerome and Sedona a couple years ago. We had such a wonderful time and the views were spectacular! Looking forward to the next time we make it out there....thanks COVID. Hope you recovered from that heat!
I really love the concept of your videos. Riding, food and great information about the area. I visited my sister in Phoenix around Christmas 2019 and we went to Sedona and Jerome as well. By car. When my sister drove back I really wanted to have my bike with me to ride these beautiful Twisties. Hope I can do that when Europeans can get in the US again. By the way.... The Haunted Burger in Jerome got some great dishes as well. Oh I really wanna be there 😅
Nice video. Love the scenery. 👍. I can’t take the riding in the heat in Texas either. When it gets mid summer and near 100 degrees I ditch the riding gear and usually only ride around sunset into darkness. You’re not alone avoiding heat.
Awesome video, those colors are beautiful. I would like to make it out that way one day but for now I will have to settle for riding the Blue-ridge mountains.
