Nah .. on Normal or Adventure mode I'd more difficult. But on Ultra Hard. Slitherfang would be most difficult. Because it's so fast and so hard to predict it's movements. Fireclaw is very easy to predict and dodge. Even with it's volcano attacks. It's also very easy to hit it. SlaughterSpine is pretty easy depending on the spawn location. If you do it in the snowy mountains. You basically just naw down it's health at the top of the cliff and if you position yourself correctly it can't hit you.

Yeah they’re annoying. But I use a mount clawstrider for extra damage, rope caster to tie him down, and freeze bolt blaster behind him
Fireclaws are easy, just freeze them. Frostclaws on the other hand, are pure agony.
I can kill them easily by tying them down, freezing them and shooting in the six canisters they have on their back.

I like to turtle fighting them. Just have warrior bows equipped with instant coil (brittle the best) Shoot them legs and ass until they’re dead
