Hey Doug, You saved my butt. My prof wanted this exact chart, but his instructions were for an old version of Excel on a PC and it wouldn't work with Excel for Mac. Thanks for helping me keep my A in this class!!

Hi Doug, This is a great video! Thank you. I have one question though. My bar chart is not showing a start and duration with two different colours. It shows only one colour. All the bars begin at the horizontal axis and complete on their end date, but are coloured orange. Do you know what I might be doing wrong? Caren

Not sure on your specific situation, but you might try to click (or right click > format) the bar and change the color manually
