To be fair to Giratina, the origin form actually got Day 2 at Worlds last Year on a Hyper Offence team with Dialga. I'm not a 100% sure but I think the person also had leer Tornadus to get the initial one to do massive damage. If I remember correctly Cybertron featured version of the Dialga+Giratina team in case anyone is interested.
They need to give Giratina the Zygarde ability so that players can relive the Volo boss fight and have it go from base to Origin form. Call it Power Distortion, have it trigger at half, "Giratina's true form has been unleashed", recover some Hp, and switch the stats and the ability to Origin form.
The problem is that this would also be really bad, and wouldn't fix the issue at all. Girarina's two forms both want opposite things, so trying to build for one form means it'll either be terrible before its form switch or after. Your best bet would be to set up in Altered Forme, then sweep in Origin Forme, but Giratina not only lacks many good setup moves, but also lacks the speed to sweep anything.
@@Robbie_HarunaYeah and that stat spread is actually horrible on both ends. One form wants more speed and a little less bulk and the other wants less speed and more defenses. Just have it not have to hold an orb to transform. It doesn’t fix all of its issues, but it helps it out a bit.
@@Robbie_Harunaactually could be good to setup when its in the defensive form then go on out in its attack and i would change it so when its goes into its attack form its gets a speed boost.
@sephirotten2413 The problem is the bulk isn't good enough that you can reasonably use it to set up without a ton of defense and HP investment. And if you're going to try to use it offensively, you really need to invest in an attacking stat and speed.
8:30 One thing they could do is make Giratina's forms not be reliant on the Griseous Orb and just make it an item to switch forms freely like how Calyrex does with the steeds. Now Giratina can hold an item and hopefully be more viable.
I think they could update it to at least be on par with other modern form exclusive held items. 20% boost to stab is pretty weak compared to some other unique items, especially when Ghost and Dragon post Fairy aren't the best offensive types outside of specific overtuned mons. Untying his form change from it is also good, but adjusting his stat distribution and updating his movepool would do way more for making Giratina viable and be way less work. And knowing Gamefreak, they want to put in the least amount of effort for literally everything.
Zamazenta also has a lower BST as of gen 9. I get it was for the sake of consistency but zamazenta really didn't need to lose attack. IMO they should have just lowered it's special attack to make it the same bst as zacian.
yeah this is honestly just ridiculous by Gamefreak. nerfing Zacian was correct but WHY nerf Zamazenta too?? they correctly nerfed Regieleki and NOT Regidrago, correctly nerfed Cresselia and NOT Heatran. so why tf nerf both Zacian and Zama??
The fact that Behemoth Bash doesn't use defence for the calc like body press is a crime. As an idea for shadow force, make it heal by 25% on the fade away turn. Giratina lost roost in SV and it's really hurting for it. Maybe also give it the effects of infiltrator in addition to it's protect break like you said.
The world where behemoth bash used defense stat, zamazenta got recovery, it got body press in gen 8, and the doggos’ abilities didn’t get nerfed would’ve been great
@@SJrad I don't fully agree with that last point because it is asking for Intrepid Sword to also go un-nerfed. If Zacian was slower (so that more mons strike first) or less bulky (so that a mon that isn't immediately Ko'd has a more devastating counter-attack), then maybe.
@@SJradThe thing is that Zamazenta's ability not getting nerfed would mean Zacian's not getting nerfed, and Intrepid Sword was an extremely dumb ability that needed and deserved a big ass nerf.
@@Robbie_Haruna I mean even un-nerfed there technically were workarounds to Intrepid Sword (Unaware and Intimidate being the most obvious. Maybe Punishment if it didn't get dex-cut, but then again, Zacian resists). That said, like I said, it wouldn't have been as annoying if Zacian wasn't both fast and bulky. If Zacian was frail, it would *have* to KO the opposing Pokemon first, and even if Zacian 2HKOs the opposing pokemon, it would be easier to revenge-kill. If it were bulky but slow, then whatever opposing Pokemon would likely strike first, guarenteeing some damage even if OHKO'd.
Back in Gen 7, I ran a Kyruen Black paired with Prankster Murkrow with Quash to just obliterate faster mons. It was delicious being able to one shot Rayquazaz before they could do much of anything
bro is arguing over the most petty shit. mewtwo was born in the pokemon games by humans to be the ultimate lifeform. that doesn't mean it's the strongest pokemon ever, but its man made creation was for it to be the strongest.
I think older legendary pokemon should get new abilities the reason so many of the new legendarys are even good is cause there given unique abilities were as original ones all had generic ones
I hate how so many older legendary mons just have pressure. It's not a helpful ability, and in my opinion it takes away from their uniqueness by just having a generic ability. Even just taking an existing ability and giving it a fancy name like they did with Reshiram and Zekrom or Solgaleo and Lunala is fine in my book. I'm just sick of pressure.
Eeeeh we have a really bulky legendary already that... doesn't do much for its team. Giratina has Will o wisp which arguably would make it better than Lugia with Roost. But it'd need more movepool buffs, otherwise it would just do what Lugia does now: sit around and watch its team die.
@@sssvedenIn all fairness, body press 'mons were the definition of a gimmick strat basically from when it was introduced up until half a year ago. There wasn't a whole lot of indication that it would be anything other than a gimmick 'mon, unless you were very specifically experimenting with the butter dog yourself.
I refuse to shame zamazenta for being bad, coz it's not his fault. It'd be one thing if he had everything he need, but just couldn't cut it, that's not what this is. Gamefreak WENT OUT OF THERE WAY to screw the pooch over, while showering Zacian with love and I have no idea why. Never in the history of this franchise have I seen such balant favoritism between the cover legends. And fixing him is so easy. First, as everyone else has been saying, Behemoth Bash should be based off his defense that way he can go all in on bulk. Second, GIVE HIM KING'S SHIELD! I don't care that it's Aegislash's signature move. It fits Zam thematically, fits into his playstyle, and it helps make up for his undeserved nerf. I'm not saying this'll make him as busted as his twin, but at least he won't be a joke anymore.
8:11 my personal take on buffing the dragon: Give a hidden ability shared by both forms, but with different effects for each one. On the normal form it would act as filter, making it a better wall; in Origin form, it would act as Tinted Lens, making its STAB moves much more spammable while reducing the need of coverage. This would also mean origin form has more room for support moves like t-wave and Will o Wisp. I feel like older legendaries need some love ability wise in general 😅 😅😅
I was super sad that they didn't do something like this for Legends Arceus, personally I was expecting more work to be done in order to show why Giratina was this massive doomsday renegade pokemon that the literal god of all creation had to seal away in a pocket dimension. The fact some random ass folklore mon on a horse gets to up class the demigod/satan stand in that controls gravity itself is so confusing. IMO get rid of pressure, have both forms share Intimidate, Shadow Tag or Cursed Body's effect. Filter fits as a second effect for Altered but I think Unaware or Mold Breaker fits Origin form more, maybe even Defiant. Levitate is still great tbf so wouldn't complain if that stayed but overall giving older box legendary mons that didn't get megas or updated stats/unique abilities should be brought up to par and at least given unique abilities like Calyrex's As One, especially old box legendaries that have mediocre stat spreads and subpar move pools.
I wish there was a Drain Fangs or something for Zamazenta. They gave doggo mons elemental fangs and even a psychic one, why not a fighting one that heals?
It always strikes me how different the difference between different formats of competitive pokemon can be for example Giratina in Uber from smogon is being used a lot for various utility moves that have + immunity to ground type and traps like spikes + can do enough damage to avoid being simply a damage sponge
@@theschnozzler not so much of a problem considering that the other defensive utility super legendaries lack any of the three features I mentioned about Giratina (remember we're talking about Smogon's Uber). for example ting lu and skeledirge are used more just because they have the stats, types and moves to stop miraidon, koraidon and zacian as much as possible
@@reneantoniorodriguezippoli7561I didn't even know this video was exclusively talking about VGC at first because I just wanted to see what his "worst" legend was. Skipped to the last part and it left me very confused until he mentioned VGC, because I used to run Origin Giratina in BW Ubers and it felt strong enough. (Quickly searched for old BW Smogon sets and it was a very strong competitor by the looks of it.)
The creation trio not getting buffed while in their origin forms is RIDICULOUS to say the least, even if it wasn't as big a buff as a mega. The bias towards gen 3 is real.
Yeah..been saying this for ages.. They should have at least gotten a 100 BST increase + new ability.. They re the GODS of SPACE, TIME AND THE FRICKIN DEVIL HOW ARE THEY NOT BUSTED
in general gen 4 is the pokemon company's neglected, unwanted child. Despite selling better than gen 3 and gen 5 those 2 get so much more love than it. There is not a single gen 4 regional variant and only half a paradox pokemon (iron valiant on bulbapedia is labelled as a mix of gallade and gardevoir). The remakes were insulting, darkrai continually gets nerfed over and over. Cresselia got nerfed. Nothing special is ever done for it. Garchomp isn't allowed to get dragon dance and instead they made enamorous in legends arceus which garchomp can do nothing against. Even though legends arceus was supposed to be a sinnoh game it got a gen 5 pokemon for some reason. I could go on. Arceus isn't even allowed to have its legend plate
Honestly I think ScVi and every main game going forward should’ve kept what Legends Arceus did. That being, make the creation trio’s orbs into Key Items. That way they can go into their Origin Forms without taking up their item slots
With the nerf to protean and libero, Terapagos will likely get a pre-nerf version of those abilities. That or something to do with tera blast or terastilization as a whole
This goes for Deoxys as well. It fits thematically, it would free Deoxys-D from its bad defensive typing, and it would enable the mind-game (for all Deoxys forms) of dodging Ghost moves from non-ghosts by using Extremespeed.
Man, Giratina's one of my favorite legendaries, and knowing that it was powercrept so hard hurts. It makes sense though. With stuff like Calyrex-Shadow and Zacian runing around, they're not doing much. If the meta had certain limitations, then maybe it would find a niche of some kind.
I think with Giratina being the Pokemon lord of antimatter, it's be cool if in Origin Form Shadow Force would just always hit super-effectively, utilizing the anitmatter in an offensive manner, while in its altered form it could instead give it some kind of recovery on the first turn as it goes back to its own realm and is able to heal up from the abundant antimatter. Alternatively, sticking with the antimatter theme, it could have an ability where it gets passive damage reduction (altered form) or a flat damage buff when dealing damage, a la neuroforce or tinted lens. Sure, it'd lose the ground immunity of levitate, but that isn't really helping it tbh. EDIT: I had another idea and added it.
I can fix Origin Giratina. Take away like 70 of Origin Form's base Speed, and put 35 into Atk and the other 35 into SpAtk. Plus, change it's ability from Levitate to this: "Distortion- The battlefield becomes Giratina's domain, warping gravity." (Levitate and sets Trick Room upon entering the battlefield similar to Drizzle.)
giratina should get the kyurem / shaymin treatment and have the grisious orb become a key item that you "use" on giratina to change it's form, free up it's item slot in origin forme
@@grundlestiltzken761Deoxys got that ability properly in Gen 4, but in Gen 3 you had each form exclusive to the various games of the time. I want to say it was Normal in the Kanto remakes, and then each specialized form was tied to a specific Hoenn game.
Honestly, for Giratina I think it would be interesting if it not only got a new ability to represent its general role in the world but also got quite a nice stat base total increase to both relfect its Strength in lore but also help its main stats in both forms out a bit.
I fear like Giratina needs a ability better the levitate. Like Shadowy aura, lowering the speed and accurate of a pokemon. It is the king of the Phantom area afterall
Honestly, giving Giratina access to trick room really might be enough. As was stated it already gives its contemporaries a niche, and its ability Levitate helps it even more by granting it a good matchup vs Groudon. Trick Room lets it outspeed threats like Zacian and Calyrex while also avoiding Groudon's stab moves.
Lugia definitely deserves a mention too. Very weak attacker with great defensive stats but all the dark, ghost and ice attacks it's fellow legendaries have eat it up and it doesn't have a great support moves. No reason to use it over Cresselia.
@@Eroil because despite the low offensive power, lugia has one of the best "take a hit for free" abilities in the game in multiscale. it also has whirlwind to phase out setup mons. and some of the best recovery in the game via roost AND recover. put simply, lugia probably won't kill many things, but it doesn't need to when it can reset the battle over and over. in short, even with all of its' weaknesses, lugia is what giratina wishes it could be defensively.
I think that giratina would really benefit from focusing more on one side of stats. Being balanced between physical and special makes it in theory harder to predict, but most sets will be physical anyway due to shadow force being rather good. What would be really interesting if it also swapped its hp with speed. That would make it rather fragile, but insanely fast at the same time, that could give it some niches and at least tge possibility for revenge killing
maybe improve giratina by making its form change work like the genies or hoopa, where instead of holding the griseous core you use it on giratina to switch it between altered and origin. this could free up its item space to allow for items like leftovers or life orb. the idea you had about shadow force is really good too and would give giratina origin a really nice use as being an attacker thats harder to defend against than normal attackers...
If they just made the held items for Giratina and Zamazenta key items, I feel that would help them, but that also would give the other box legends more power, leaving these two still very low on the list. (Sad, cuz I love both of these legendaries)
The biggest flaw in the balancing of Zamazenta imo, is apparent when you compare their abilities. Zacian gets an attack boost which is excellent because you choose which offensive stat you use. Zamazenta gets a defence boost which is nice, but whether or not you use your defence or sp.def isn't up to you, your opponent can always just choose to aim at your sp.def.
I was hoping that the Adamant Crystal, Griseous Core and Lustrous Globe were just PLA exclusive items and they'd still get the damage boost AND transform. Sure seperating them balances Palkia a little better but Dialga's origin form is just useless and Giratina has no practical reason to be in Origin Forme anymore without the damage boost
Be Nice To Him, I Love Him Really, tho, Giratina and his siblings would benefit a lot from their orbs being treated like the mirror that shifts the Forces of Nature. Maybe keep holding it as an option? But have a "use on Pokemon" option to just switch between forms. Then they could be in Origin/Normal form and still have a held item slot in both.
I made bulky Giratina with leftovers work extremely well in 2016. Shadow force gives you an extra free turn of leftovers recovery. On its own it falls short but when part of a really switch team where everything covers it's weakness and there was also toxic and burn when burn chip was still good. I think the same strategy would work even better now with glimora and a defensive Terra type. Can't wait to see if it's still good
Really like the idea of Neuroforce on Mewtwo. Would give it its best niche since 2010 Iron Ball Mewtwo. 0 SpA Expert Belt Neuroforce Mewtwo Shadow Ball vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Shadow Shield Lunala: 123-147 (50.4 - 60.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO Seems like a pretty interesting calc imo. Could pair well with Indeedee like Necro/Lele in 19
one time i was playing showdown making a team in ubers and was like "i just noticed how bulky giratina is, why does no one use ir, it seems great" and then i saw the movepool and took it back instantly
I feel that Mewtwo isn’t even close to as in need of help as Zamazenta and Giratina. Yeah, it’s given a lot of competition from the dreaded Calyrex-Shadow, but in my opinion, having competition isn’t nearly as bad as just not being able to function at all like the other two legendaries in the video. Mewtwo does very much function, it can get the job done. The issue is more so that it just has so much competition that it’s hard to justify using it for a lot of players, like you mentioned. Also I adore your idea of giving it Neuroforce! If they don’t want to do that, then they should at least give it a clone of the ability under a different name. They already do stuff like this, such as Protean and Libero. Honestly, just bring back Mega Mewtwo Y lol
Pokémon abilities are the main thing that has power crept the older generations. That and signature moves and (signature) abilities. Giving Mewtwo it’s own ability would help tremendously. In fact, Deoxys should have an ability similar to Aegislash so that it can freely switch between it’s forms.
Honestly, I'm pretty glad Gamefreak has gone with the ability creep route for modern legendary pokemon, even if it's literally just giving an existing ability a fancy name with Shadow Shield as a great example. I got real sick and tired of just about every legendary in gens 1, 2, and 4 having pressure.
Hearing Giratina slander reminded me a team with Giratina-AF I made back in gen 8 which put me in high ranks. It's my favorite among the 3, but it's so powercrept even its own thing of having an "Origin Form" is outclassed by other two who are simply more appealing
So here's how I think we fix giratina; In base form: 1. Remove pressure, its useless, replace it with Shadow Shield 2. Widen the stat gap; lower atk and spec.atk by 15 each, lower speed by 10, and raise def / spec.def by 20 a piece 3. Give Her Trick room Origin form: 1. Widen the stat gap; lower Def and spec.Def by 25 each, Raise speed by 10, and raise Atk / spec.Atk by 20 a piece 2. Expand her attacking move pool, Current coverage basically doesnt exist, most moves are either ghost, dragon, normal, or status 1a. Alternative to atk &s spec atk raise: raise spec.atk by 35 and speed by 15 I know 140 base defenses and 150hp isnt the bulkiest, but calc wise it gives her a hit to live, especially with shadow shield. And yes 100-105 base speed doesnt sound like a lot but its faster than kyogre, groudon, and dialga just to name a few, and can make her the optimal switch in for the middle with a move pool that includes something a bit wider coverage than what she has now.
I love your editing. A lot of youtubers add repetitive memes and "meme jokes" in there videos, which stop the flow of the video and are just annoying in the most part. You add some memes and jokes too but they are so well and clever placed that it's always fun to watch. Like the metal pipe sound when you showed the dauntless shield. Comedic genius.
Idea for Giratina to improve: an ability that lets it set up Trick Room on switch-in. It would be one hell of a niche, as no other Pokemon can do that and it would fit thematically. It would mean foregoing Levitate but honestly I wouldn't mind
@@kono_dust_da8180 eh it's not like GameFreak cares about balance anyway. If Calyrex can have two abilities at once and Urshifu can bypass protect and be guaranteed to crit, Giratina, who's known for dimensional shenanigans deserves trick room
Honestly wouldn't mind if for one generation, instead of new pokemon they retooled and re-balanced every pokemon. So many old pokemon are bad simply due to the era of which they were designed or due to a lack of foresight.
Mewtwo is both blessed (great movepool) and cursed (fairly useless 110 attack, which it did use a fair bit in older gens - especially for Self Destruct) to be from Gen 1
With Zacian and Zamazenta I kind of feel like the typing of the 2 should've been swapped. Zacian feels more fighting-oriented with the sword theme, and Fairy type would only enhance the defence for Zamazenta. Maybe the types are the way they are for balance or something, but it kind of feels like they mixed up the 2 and put the types on the wrong ones when coding.
Zama just sucks, and both Mewtwo and Giratina don’t like a competitive meta where they have to eat attacks from 2 pokemon at a time. Mewtwo wants to come in as a revenge killer or sweeper and OHKO everything, and Giratina wants to act as a bulky, spinblocking wall that clicks Will-O and rest. Both are very hard to do when multiple attacks are coming your way.

they correctly nerfed Regieleki and NOT Regidrago, correctly nerfed Cresselia and NOT Heatran.
so why tf nerf both Zacian and Zama??
Fucking shitmon lmao
The fact that Behemoth Bash doesn't use defence for the calc like body press is a crime.
As an idea for shadow force, make it heal by 25% on the fade away turn. Giratina lost roost in SV and it's really hurting for it. Maybe also give it the effects of infiltrator in addition to it's protect break like you said.
Giratina never had roost, only rest

@@conorb.1901 exactly new Pokémon get moves that make them way to op
I think the main answer for somewhere to start with giratina is giving my boi roost so it can at least try to be bulky.
Eeeeh we have a really bulky legendary already that... doesn't do much for its team.
Giratina has Will o wisp which arguably would make it better than Lugia with Roost. But it'd need more movepool buffs, otherwise it would just do what Lugia does now: sit around and watch its team die.
I love the first mon being Zamazenta when now it’s strictly better than Zacian, being in a different generation really changes things
This video was made in the same generation, bro was just sleeping on the budder dog.
@stevefilms1997 to be honest everyone was sleeping on zamazenta
8:11 my personal take on buffing the dragon:
Give a hidden ability shared by both forms, but with different effects for each one.
It always strikes me how different the difference between different formats of competitive pokemon can be
for example Giratina in Uber from smogon is being used a lot for various utility moves that have + immunity to ground type and traps like spikes + can do enough damage to avoid being simply a damage sponge
Yeah but think about the opportunity cost of using Giratina over other stronger restricted legends
@@theschnozzler not so much of a problem considering that the other defensive utility super legendaries lack any of the three features I mentioned about Giratina (remember we're talking about Smogon's Uber). for example ting lu and skeledirge are used more just because they have the stats, types and moves to stop miraidon, koraidon and zacian as much as possible

in general gen 4 is the pokemon company's neglected, unwanted child.
Many already said this, but Mewtwo *needs* pre-Gen 9 Protean. Like come on
Sadly same argument that keeps it from having neuroforce, that's likely going to be Terapagos' signature ability
With the nerf to protean and libero, Terapagos will likely get a pre-nerf version of those abilities. That or something to do with tera blast or terastilization as a whole
No
Or just give it sheer force
This goes for Deoxys as well. It fits thematically, it would free Deoxys-D from its bad defensive typing, and it would enable the mind-game (for all Deoxys forms) of dodging Ghost moves from non-ghosts by using Extremespeed.
Man, Giratina's one of my favorite legendaries, and knowing that it was powercrept so hard hurts. It makes sense though. With stuff like Calyrex-Shadow and Zacian runing around, they're not doing much.
If the meta had certain limitations, then maybe it would find a niche of some kind.
Mewtwo may struggle in VGC, but it sure is thrashing us hard in raids right now
I think with Giratina being the Pokemon lord of antimatter, it's be cool if in Origin Form Shadow Force would just always hit super-effectively, utilizing the anitmatter in an offensive manner, while in its altered form it could instead give it some kind of recovery on the first turn as it goes back to its own realm and is able to heal up from the abundant antimatter.
Plus, change it's ability from Levitate to this:
"Distortion- The battlefield becomes Giratina's domain, warping gravity." (Levitate and sets Trick Room upon entering the battlefield similar to Drizzle.)
10 months in the future from the video: Zamazenta is doing amazingly in Regulation F
I thought mewtwo was one of those quirky Pokémon that helped it’s partner set off weak armor weakness policy
giratina should get the kyurem / shaymin treatment and have the grisious orb become a key item that you "use" on giratina to change it's form, free up it's item slot in origin forme
I love how the only way to make giratina stronger is to make it broken. A true testimony to how power crept this game is
Oh yes the only way to fix it is to keep breaking the game more

I think that Mewtwo’s mega forms saw pretty much no success in VGC
This hasn’t aged well (zamazenta)
Zamazenta aged so poorly after winning 2 regionals in a row
Honestly, giving Giratina access to trick room really might be enough. As was stated it already gives its contemporaries a niche, and its ability Levitate helps it even more by granting it a good matchup vs Groudon. Trick Room lets it outspeed threats like Zacian and Calyrex while also avoiding Groudon's stab moves.

Lugia definitely deserves a mention too. Very weak attacker with great defensive stats but all the dark, ghost and ice attacks it's fellow legendaries have eat it up and it doesn't have a great support moves. No reason to use it over Cresselia.
True wonder why he didn't mention it

@@Eroil fair, but it's still a stronger option overall than tina.
That moment when you realize Giratina is in the same speed tier as Pikachu... ☠️
The Zamazenta slot aged like fine wine lmao
maybe improve giratina by making its form change work like the genies or hoopa, where instead of holding the griseous core you use it on giratina to switch it between altered and origin. this could free up its item space to allow for items like leftovers or life orb. the idea you had about shadow force is really good too and would give giratina origin a really nice use as being an attacker thats harder to defend against than normal attackers...

Really, tho, Giratina and his siblings would benefit a lot from their orbs being treated like the mirror that shifts the Forces of Nature.

The music switch up at giratina was... Legendary
Credit to BPTK162 for the suggestion. Girantina should transform into its origin form when KO’d like in Legends Arceus
the zamazenta segment aged a bit poorly huh
@@conorb.1901 Yeah. They should just give the older legendaries new signature abilities and maybe distribute pressure, if wanted, to other pokémon.
This aged like milk. Zamazenta being the first on this list is NOT true in today's standards.
Hearing Giratina slander reminded me a team with Giratina-AF I made back in gen 8 which put me in high ranks.
It's my favorite among the 3, but it's so powercrept even its own thing of having an "Origin Form" is outclassed by other two who are simply more appealing
So here's how I think we fix giratina;
In base form:
1. Remove pressure, its useless, replace it with Shadow Shield
2. Widen the stat gap; lower atk and spec.atk by 15 each, lower speed by 10, and raise def / spec.def by 20 a piece
3. Give Her Trick room
Origin form:
1. Widen the stat gap; lower Def and spec.Def by 25 each, Raise speed by 10, and raise Atk / spec.Atk by 20 a piece
2. Expand her attacking move pool, Current coverage basically doesnt exist, most moves are either ghost, dragon, normal, or status
1a. Alternative to atk &s spec atk raise: raise spec.atk by 35 and speed by 15
I know 140 base defenses and 150hp isnt the bulkiest, but calc wise it gives her a hit to live, especially with shadow shield. And yes 100-105 base speed doesnt sound like a lot but its faster than kyogre, groudon, and dialga just to name a few, and can make her the optimal switch in for the middle with a move pool that includes something a bit wider coverage than what she has now.
You would think with the reverence gamefreak/ nintendo have for gen 1 they would rework mewtwo and mew..
