@@aydentheiss5705 Great start. Just work on getting a pre-shot routine together where you run a quick checklist in your head. Proper grip, ball position, bend the knees, left shoulder on your target, head down, eye to the ball, take the swing... that repetition will build those good habits and make them more natural.

What stands out to me is the amount of respect you give to the person you are teaching. Too many...TOO many...pros are, to be blunt, a-holes to their students. They see the pupil as a transaction at best, and can be either rote or demeaning. They often have zero room for the pupil to offer their own ideas and feedback. It's like a dentist that just berates a kid for a cavity...that kid will never go back willingly. You treated Aidan here with respect, which is even rarer in the space of the fan dynamic.

    Key words for me
    Get deep, then get steep
So my takeaway is much slower, keep hands away from my body on the turn and then to get to the top. Coil my body as a spring before bringing the club back for contact. Shoulder pointed towards the tee and feel all weight on my front foot as back foot turns on toes.
Great job on the assist to a Good Good fan!

Aiden is pretty much doin everything right after that lesson , grip , set up posture and he finishes his turn in the back swing is mint, just needs to work on his rotation a lil leg work and less pulling of the hands when starting the downswing , then the man is set. But good start on strengthening the grip, it will promote good rotation as he progresses.

Good stuff Grant. My regular group all has the Good Good Labs theme in their phone now and it gets jokingly played whenever someone gives a useful piece of advice.

Golf Center in Des Plaines! I've had many range sessions here years ago. Great facility. Lotta good times had there. Great to see it in a Good Good video.
