This is a common problem nowadays in the workplace! Good advice Mark! They usually back down and are complete insecure cowards!!

Ha! I went through this twice with a former toxic manager. It took 2 times for him to get it. Everyone else in workplace suffered because they didn’t speak up. Eventually 2 years later he was fired and claimed unfair dismal, but ironically, this is when all the others came out and claimed they felt bullied by him and the case was thrown out.
But agree with Mark, I said the same thing to my colleagues, you need to confront them.

Something I’m trying to instil in my teenage son’ don’t accept bad behaviour from anyone, the money isn’t worth it. Stand up for yourself with authority, not aggression

Actually been in a situation you talk about here got a table between us with a spectator and hashed it out straight up and honestly. Started as and absolute ear bashing between us on the phone but ended being solved well. A few months later and going great communicating and working much better. Great advice here as always 💪🏼💪🏼

So true, it’s more about their style , opposed to your inability, great, simple advice.

I unfortunately can't as she is the BOSSES fav, has her fav group, humiliated me in front of colleagues...then text me to apologise. Unfortunately I can't afford to leave, I'll be homeless..I'm applying for jobs but I'm 60 so noone wants an old girl, who's hard working dedication. I'm so unhappy. Clients say, why are you working there!!!! Horrible reputation, but being professional I just say I enjoy helping people like you, Clients 😢

Good Morning Mark. What if this person is a business partner. Same principle? Thank you.

I tried this before. And my supervisor said ok. Let us try again. However I successfully became her target in the future. She is a narc and she is thinking how dare you to confront me.

    And if they deny everything?

What if they openly think they play the bad cop roll and believe that being an arsehole is essential.
When times are the way they are and the job pays to well to move on.
Difference between white collar and blue collar..
It’s going to end in violence it’s just a matter of how much the employees can take before something pops.

Language spoken in a work place ! Should English be the safest language in a workplace ? Regards a concerned former security staff member working in a stadium in Australia ?
