I have the same heatgun for years now, still works well. I loved it.
I also have that cordless ones. But it's too underpowered, it took a long time to heat up. It's only good for shrinking the heatshrink since it has curved attachment. But for some heavy duty task, the corded ones is way better.
Just some tips, after using the heatgun for a long time, don't just turn it off, lower the temp to the minimum, and let it on for a while so it can cooled off. After that, you can safely stored it.

DeWalt do many great cordless tools, unfortunately their 18v heat gun just doesn’t perform 😢 Think this corded version will go forever!
