That is how you properly implement EV tech into your car. Amplify what's already there, not make it the main feature. If anything, it's a bit like a checkbox for compliance but it has its own perk. I may have gone with 'plugs are for lamps', but that's half the fun of this channel. 😂
Congratulations James! Welcome to the club! 🎉. So, from now on, we’ll get whether baby seats fit in the back of this or that, or the front of the Lambo, Porsche or Miata, eh? 😂 🍁🇨🇦
As iconic as the Countach was it was a bad Lamborghini because the reason why the company was created is to make supercars usable on the road, those are the true roots of Lamborghini.
I was just in Italy and got to see the Lambo factory (way cooler than douchy Ferrari btw) and was pleasantly surprised by the modern assembly and the tech behind the Revuelto. I'd take this thing over pretty much any other super/hyper car. Nice Ron White quote btw.
When you say EV, that generally refers to an electric vehicle, as only electric. This would be a hybrid. No issue with hybrids on the track, EVs are still to heavy and not enough battery with to slow of charge. But a hybrid is fine, technology is always going to push for better cars.
hybrid is mental illness and only exists because people have been programmed to believe c02 somehow hurts the environment despite being what keeps plant life alive, obviously this is being pushed for a depopulation agenda they actually want to reduce crop outputs and openly talk about blocking the sun ala mr burns. fossil fuels are what allowed humans to have population growth from cheap and efficient energy. in reality there never was a reason at all to make EV but here we are. watch the documentary linked on my page about the georgia guidestones and their depop agenda. read albert pikes three world wars letter referenced by the naval officer William G Carr. some time red pills must be anally inserted
Yes hybrids are great,my mother has a honda fit hybrid it's electric motor assists engine giving the little 1300cc engine the torque feel of a much bigger motor its battery pack is small so when you do have to replace in its way cheaper than a full ev😊
The Revuelto is an amazing car, but it's NOTHING compared to the thrill you get from an Aventador SV or SVJ. The Aventador was like having frat boys pump you up celebrating a win and palm hitting you everywhere, getting you rowdy and excited and can't help but to scream WOOOO. The Revuelto reminds me of the Huracan, with a forced induction kit installed. It's fast, it's quick, it's "fun", but in comparison to your frat-boy homies, it's like your siblings clapping saying "Wow! Good job!..." lol. It's not even close to the amount of emotion an Aventador pulls out of you.
Is this really a huge leap over the Aventador? I think the Aventador SV looks better despite the dated interior. I think the Murcielago looks even better, despite the ancient, outdated interior.
I was REALLY iffy on it, but I think Lamborghini isn't going into the electrification game with a white flag. They are dragging all the performance with them, and have plenty of tricks up their sleeve. I am really going to miss the NA V10 of the Huracan, but at least their NA V12 lives to see another day. Good job, Lamborghini. Thank you for another masterpiece.

Superb review as usual Thomas and top notch production from your team. Not quite the same without your partner in crime, but would be the same if you weren't around. Congrats to you James, wife and family, all the best.
I know it’s all sad that V12’s will probably be phased out one day, but it is pretty funny that we’ve been hearing “this is the last naturally aspirated V12” from top gear and from TH for about 10 years now haha.
I feel theres an obvious reason that Thomas didn't mind this plug in. With all other cars that have seemed to go this way (Performance cars that then got electrified), theres an inherent loss that comes with the addition of the electric motors. Maybe the V8 that was in an older model gets replaced by a v6 or Turbo I4. With the Revuelto there isn't the same compromise. A naturally aspirated V12 plus all the benefit of EV tech, without any major trade offs, seems like the best approach so far.
I can not think of a better channel that can mix thoroughly informed information with natural with Grade A comedy. Both my heart and mind are entertained. Great work!
Congrats James on the new family member!! :D (and yes, although Thomas is great, we felt James's absence..) :D I also want to stop here and acknowledge that you guys are the best thing happened in automotive journalism since Top Gear, and I have no doubt that you are the actual successors of the Original Top Gear Trio (not the other wannabes, even if they have the name TopGear) ;)

That is the best orange i have ever scene on camera😮. The heat exchangers really need mesh to help protect them. Even this show/track car is beat all to help Congrats on the kid James, life will never be the same nor will the sex😂
Damn, I feel like I just watched a movie in Imax. Great job guys 👏 The Revuelto is an amazing 1000hp machine. Front looks good but it's more like a Huracan than I'd like. Hopefully the SV or SVJ model will look better and more aggressive like the Aventador svj.
As usual great video, great driving skills and great car it really sounds amazing. My only doubt is that this is not properly a new car, it is basically the lamborghini version of the Ferrari SF90. They have the same powertrain just with a V12 instead of ferrari's V8. This is a little bit weird since Lamborghini built its success by making unique cars.
Always a weird feeling with new cars coming at it being "the last of its kind" it saddens the mood that should be hyped and happy. So dystopian that there will be only downsizing and EVs in the near future. At least from a standpoint now. Great review, great car, congrats to Thomas getting the baby on track and James for having a baby!

Purists hate hybrid cars too. The electric cars are so far gone now however that hybrids seem like middle ground. (They aren’t)
@@duquem0421well Coco Hayashi even also hated some hybrid cars as well.😅
@@opmike343yep. Its also spiralling out of control.
1001hp is exactly what the first Veyron made. We need a drag race between them!
as long as it has a naturally aspirated v12, I don't care what other electrical crap they have. Beautiful sound
Good to see a super car manufacturer that still understands that their customers want beautiful sounds, viabrations and revs. Understands its not all about performance, rather experience.
"James had a baby. What an idiot. (Nods towards the stellar Lambo) Amiright?"
😂😂😂😂😂
Holy crap! 14:31 "Acceleration is like being hit with a Volvo." I immediately got hit with a Volvo ad right after you said that!!
Me too. These guys really are on the cutting edge, integrating the script with the commercials. I'm surprised we didn't get a Huggie's ad when James popped up with child.
thomas is the best person you could ask for to review this kind of car. my favorite reviewer
I absolutely love the way it looks and im so happy it still has the naturally aspirated v12
It's so crazy you guys are getting cars like these! Congrats, the hard work and hustle pays off.
James’ child: no. I will not let you go see a Revuelto.
I’m hoping more manufacturers will use hybrid technology to keep high revving, naturally aspirated engines alive.
It's better tech than full ev in my opinion also
Or just leave out the electric motors and go back to NA engines... at least they still make the V10 Huracan.
I agree. I’d be fine with hybrid power trains being shared with ICE
@@adamscottv Emissions kind of makes that not possible or cheap in today’s world.
@@cornercarver636 But there is no "existential threat" from climate, except in Biden's mind.
Man, Lamborghini just keep getting better and better. This thing looks incredible. I thought they couldnt do better than the aventador, but i was wrong
This was such a beautiful video, really put into words how I feel about the car. Yes its not as dramatic as the Aventador or isn't as loud as it, but it makes me so happy that it still has a Naturally Aspirated V12 as it's heart, and we should cherish it.
Oh and a huge Congratulations to James, I wish him all with his baby and hope he can return as soon as possible, but want him to be able to give the baby all the time it needs.
Congratulations James! I wish you, the baby and your wife all the very best.
You guys make the most wholesome videos on youtube as far as I'm concerned and I never have nor will miss an upload from you.
Hope you keep having fun like this for a very long time, thank you for making us smile.
P.S.- If you ever come up with a reason to tour/visit India do let me know, I'd be more than happy to help and return the favor :D
P.P.S- I can't stop thinking that the perfect nickname for Jame's baby is "Mini Maz"! A little Brit, a lotta Mazda. 😅
❤TH
the configurator is finally semi nice on the website now. The biggest thing that surprised me was changing the headlight slats to body color. Makes it look way better
Congrats James on the baby! It's game changer in a great way. Enjoy the journey and every minute you get to spend with her now. She will grow up fast.
Those gear changes are smooth
Yes, DCT is better than single clutch in Aventador
"Last of the V12s" we have litterely heard that since 10 years ago
You can feel how their duo is so integral to their presentation. This episode would've been more fun if James was in it. (please make another video for Revuelto with both of you)
He did a great job and killed this episode I don’t agree. Just not as many jokes I guess
@@Tactical_Tacowell yes. But kinda cool tho.
I felt the same way... while this video is great, it simply doesn't have the magic that is there when the both of them are together 😞
@@Tactical_Taco Thomas absolutely killed it for sure, but it's just not the same without James' banter
That is how you properly implement EV tech into your car. Amplify what's already there, not make it the main feature. If anything, it's a bit like a checkbox for compliance but it has its own perk.
I may have gone with 'plugs are for lamps', but that's half the fun of this channel. 😂
Arguably the nicest looking rear end of an automobile EVER made. Looks like a fkn F22.
I love the line..”hybrids can be used for good, not evil” 😂💪
Stunning car. Love that they used the hybrid in that way..i just wish we could have the same system on all cars! Hybrid but for fun sporting like this
Acura nsx, Ferrari la Ferrari, and Porsche 918 are the only other comparable cars drivetrain wise.
Possibly the best opening possible for this video. Great work and review
Congratulations James! Welcome to the club! 🎉. So, from now on, we’ll get whether baby seats fit in the back of this or that, or the front of the Lambo, Porsche or Miata, eh? 😂 🍁🇨🇦
Still can't get over how creative you guys are with everyone of your intros 😂

PHEV
hybrid is mental illness and only exists because people have been programmed to believe c02 somehow hurts the environment despite being what keeps plant life alive, obviously this is being pushed for a depopulation agenda they actually want to reduce crop outputs and openly talk about blocking the sun ala mr burns. fossil fuels are what allowed humans to have population growth from cheap and efficient energy. in reality there never was a reason at all to make EV but here we are. watch the documentary linked on my page about the georgia guidestones and their depop agenda. read albert pikes three world wars letter referenced by the naval officer William G Carr. some time red pills must be anally inserted
Ice works better on track tbh
Yes hybrids are great,my mother has a honda fit hybrid it's electric motor assists engine giving the little 1300cc engine the torque feel of a much bigger motor its battery pack is small so when you do have to replace in its way cheaper than a full ev😊
@@emmanuelperrina6105depends. For efficiency and multiple laps, hybrid is better. For time attacks or one fast lap, combustion engines are better.
The first Bugatti Veyron was 1001PS...so $600K isn't too bad. 😂 Yianni from Yiannamize is paying £550K for his.
9:49 impressive that he could change to a RHD version of the car mid corner...
Magic mirror on the wall ...
Probably a glimpse of him doing a review in a parallel universe..😅
@@paulantony4598 Ah, the evil "twin" from the Mirror Universe. But ... but the evil twins have the beards 😱
Smh james could have driven a lamborghini reveulto but he chose to be a loving and caring father instead this is so sad 😔😔😔
What a loser fr
Over the top, bigger than life. In one word: (Lamborghini) Revuelto.
Back at it again with another great Video! From my favorite car review channel, Congrats mate! Wish you all the best in life 💯
Love seeing Thomas grow more and more comfortable with the car. Can’t imagine what it’s like doing lap after lap!
Me too.

best looking lambo ever! this is my new dream car eta 6-7 years
The Revuelto seems to be technically good as well as Lambo crazy. Looks awesome!
Awesome stuff! Still, the V12 in the Murcielago is the best sounding V12 Lambo for me. It just sounds angrier.
And Gallardo is best sounding Lambo to me, for some reason V10 > V12
It was same with formula F1, the V10 cars sounded the best.
@@DuBstep115Harmonic music theory suggests that the iconic V10 sound is the most satisfying engine sound to human ears. Serious. Look it up. There is a lot of science behind the way they engineered the V10 sound for the Audi R8, Gallardo, and Huracan engines
Yup
Having babies was the best thing we ever dod. Congratulations James. Cheers
Superb review as usual Thomas and top notch production from your team. Not quite the same without your partner in crime, but would be the same if you weren't around. Congrats to you James, wife and family, all the best.
Amazing cinematic job! Love the quality of your videos! 🤩
Thomas had me dying with that intro.. "Yeah, James had a baby. What an idiot, amirite?" pure gold.
I know it’s all sad that V12’s will probably be phased out one day, but it is pretty funny that we’ve been hearing “this is the last naturally aspirated V12” from top gear and from TH for about 10 years now haha.
The last engine ever made will be an NA V12
@@realAlexChoi haha that’s what it seems like
Love ur show 🎉and what a lovely car 🥇
CONGRATS JAMES!!! we just had our son 10/6/23 6.5lbs baby boy! Super happy for you brother!
A naturally aspirated V12 plus all the benefit of EV tech, without any major trade offs, seems like the best approach so far.
the production quality on your videos is insane, every episode feels like a topgear segment. bravo!
My dad told me it was either buy a 924 or have a kid. So I am here. I told him he chose poorly and bought a 944 when I was old enough. Congrats James.
I can not think of a better channel that can mix thoroughly informed information with natural with Grade A comedy. Both my heart and mind are entertained. Great work!
Congrats James on the new family member!! :D (and yes, although Thomas is great, we felt James's absence..) :D
I also want to stop here and acknowledge that you guys are the best thing happened in automotive journalism since Top Gear, and I have no doubt that you are the actual successors of the Original Top Gear Trio (not the other wannabes, even if they have the name TopGear) ;)
I've always loved the Lambo's. Maybe Dodge should take a page out of Lamborghini's play book and throw some electric motors on the Hellcat, Demon and Scat Pack's in 2025.
That is the best orange i have ever scene on camera😮. The heat exchangers really need mesh to help protect them. Even this show/track car is beat all to help
Congrats on the kid James, life will never be the same nor will the sex😂
Damn, I feel like I just watched a movie in Imax. Great job guys 👏
The Revuelto is an amazing 1000hp machine. Front looks good but it's more like a Huracan than I'd like. Hopefully the SV or SVJ model will look better and more aggressive like the Aventador svj.
The v12 could be part of a potential dieselgate part 2.
All I see when I close my eyes is a sign reading, “From Now On.”
I can already tell the front mounted radiator are going to be a problem seeing how every reviewers show that Little Rock’s are easy to puncture it. definitely would be a backordered part.
