    Since she isn't likely to toot her own horn, I will~ this particular content creator/pharmacist/wife/mom/who knows what else, has created many a recipe for ChocZero, as well as other low carb companies. Here's the bonus; You can count on every one of them to be virtually 'no-fail', & ridiculously delicious, every time! Not exaggerating. I'm an experienced cook/recipe developer myself, & really picky about this sort of thing- what I endorse, compare, prepare, or even try- & her work is superior. I'll leave it right there.

    Brussels sprouts are low-carb and nutrient dense. Slice them in half and lay them cut side down in a pan on medium heat, using bacon grease. Just let them sit for several minutes until they are browned, remove from pan. These are delicious and simple.

    BIG Brussels sprouts fan here. I trim and halve the sprouts, coat them with olive or avocado oil, salt, pepper, onion, and garlic powder. Dump them onto a cookie sheet and turn them all cut side down. Roast at 350 til soft and caramelized. I do stir them halfway through. Then while they're still warm, I transfer them to a bowl and drizzle them with balsamic vinegar. SO good. You can certainly add chopped bacon, toasted pecans...whatever you like.

    Can I recommend home-made Brussels slaw? It’s so good, and I’m not usually a Brussels sprouts fan. Blitz them in a food processor then add grated apple, dried cranberries (or sultanas), white wine vinegar, and mayo, then S&P.

    If you place your sprouts on a baking/cooling rack on top of your cookie sheet you would not have to turn them there either as just like the air fryer the bacon fat and maple syrup will drip down to the cookie sheet through the baking rack.

    I love them, used to hate them. I roast them in a cast iron skillet on stove top. That's the way they do it at BJs Restaurant. ALWAYS cut them into quarters, never leave them whole! They crunch up better. Cook on medium heat in bacon fat or avocado oil until the leaves get crunchy. You don't need the bacon wraps if you use the fat to fry them. Right at the end, I throw in the pink salt and about 3 or 4 Tbls Balsamic Vinegar or even ACV, then you've had your ACV for the day!! This method is way easier, but when I have time, I'm going to try your recipe! PS I use G.Hughs' Famous Cluckin sugarfree sauce to dip them.....this is fantastic!

    These look great, I love BS, I just cut in half, coat with EVOO Salt and pepper, in oven 375 fir 20 to 25 min turn half way thru! Yum ranch is a great dipper!

    Yes it's Brussels sprouts. A lot of people don't know about the S on the end. Cut in half, toss with olive oil & either saute or bake until brown & crispy. It's a vegetable not a dessert so maple syrup sounds disgusting. Bacon sounds pretty good.

    You can just sprinkle salt and pepper on the coated bacon before you wrap them.

    That would definitely take that brussel sprouty flavor out of the brussel sprouts. I actually like them ok, but your recipe would make them delicious.
    I believe it is Brussels sprouts (capitol b and an s at the end). But I always say/write brussel sprout anyway. Take that Brussels!

      So the inside is flavored and the salt penetrates into the Brussels sprout. It’s not over slaty

    It’s BRUSSELS sprouts but who cares? They’re delicious however you spell it. Why not try them blanched then sautéed in butter with pancetta and sliced almonds. Amazing.
