Since she isn't likely to toot her own horn, I will~ this particular content creator/pharmacist/wife/mom/who knows what else, has created many a recipe for ChocZero, as well as other low carb companies. Here's the bonus; You can count on every one of them to be virtually 'no-fail', & ridiculously delicious, every time! Not exaggerating. I'm an experienced cook/recipe developer myself, & really picky about this sort of thing- what I endorse, compare, prepare, or even try- & her work is superior. I'll leave it right there. Brussels sprouts are low-carb and nutrient dense. Slice them in half and lay them cut side down in a pan on medium heat, using bacon grease. Just let them sit for several minutes until they are browned, remove from pan. These are delicious and simple.
BIG Brussels sprouts fan here. I trim and halve the sprouts, coat them with olive or avocado oil, salt, pepper, onion, and garlic powder. Dump them onto a cookie sheet and turn them all cut side down. Roast at 350 til soft and caramelized. I do stir them halfway through. Then while they're still warm, I transfer them to a bowl and drizzle them with balsamic vinegar. SO good. You can certainly add chopped bacon, toasted pecans...whatever you like.
Can I recommend home-made Brussels slaw? It’s so good, and I’m not usually a Brussels sprouts fan. Blitz them in a food processor then add grated apple, dried cranberries (or sultanas), white wine vinegar, and mayo, then S&P.
If you place your sprouts on a baking/cooling rack on top of your cookie sheet you would not have to turn them there either as just like the air fryer the bacon fat and maple syrup will drip down to the cookie sheet through the baking rack.
A question, please: Can you recommend some books about the Keto diet that I might read? I am watching your beginner videos, but I feel I need more. Additionally, thank you for your recipes and food suggestions. They are delicious! And I really enjoy your personality. Keep up the good work!
I love them, used to hate them. I roast them in a cast iron skillet on stove top. That's the way they do it at BJs Restaurant. ALWAYS cut them into quarters, never leave them whole! They crunch up better. Cook on medium heat in bacon fat or avocado oil until the leaves get crunchy. You don't need the bacon wraps if you use the fat to fry them. Right at the end, I throw in the pink salt and about 3 or 4 Tbls Balsamic Vinegar or even ACV, then you've had your ACV for the day!! This method is way easier, but when I have time, I'm going to try your recipe! PS I use G.Hughs' Famous Cluckin sugarfree sauce to dip them.....this is fantastic!
I love them all ways but anyone who hates brussel sprouts eats them and loves them at ny house unknowingly when I shred them. It's endlessly versatile that way.
These look great, I love BS, I just cut in half, coat with EVOO Salt and pepper, in oven 375 fir 20 to 25 min turn half way thru! Yum ranch is a great dipper!
Yes it's Brussels sprouts. A lot of people don't know about the S on the end. Cut in half, toss with olive oil & either saute or bake until brown & crispy. It's a vegetable not a dessert so maple syrup sounds disgusting. Bacon sounds pretty good.
That would definitely take that brussel sprouty flavor out of the brussel sprouts. I actually like them ok, but your recipe would make them delicious. I believe it is Brussels sprouts (capitol b and an s at the end). But I always say/write brussel sprout anyway. Take that Brussels!
It’s BRUSSELS sprouts but who cares? They’re delicious however you spell it. Why not try them blanched then sautéed in butter with pancetta and sliced almonds. Amazing.
I hate meat. 🤮 I don't eat my friends. 😅 You don't need disgusting pig flesh to eat brusselsprouts. They get carmellized and more tasty in the oven with olive oil.

I can imagine that it would be amazing to have a little bowl of shredded parmesan cheese and then just dip and eat 😋
Can I recommend home-made Brussels slaw? It’s so good, and I’m not usually a Brussels sprouts fan. Blitz them in a food processor then add grated apple, dried cranberries (or sultanas), white wine vinegar, and mayo, then S&P.
Omg!!! Yessss! These are 😋 I’m so happy to see you are sharing more recipes with the air fryer… I have the same one and love using it.

I’m going to try these the next time I make Brussels sprouts!
This sounds amazing! I am going to try this today and I don’t have sugar free syrup but I have organic maple syrup and see how that goes.
Gonna have to try this!

I love them all ways but anyone who hates brussel sprouts eats them and loves them at ny house unknowingly when I shred them. It's endlessly versatile that way.

It is Brussels sprouts. I appreciate the bacon idea.
I was on google and did multiple searches, even asked Alexa and I got different answers but it does look like Brussels is correct
You can just sprinkle salt and pepper on the coated bacon before you wrap them.
Is the Brussels sprout raw when you wrap the bacon around it?
Brussel sprouts
Bacon makes everything better! I have to try these b/c BS are not my fave.
Brussels Sprouts
So disappointed :o(. Not available in 🇨🇦 ❄️ I filled my basket with a bunch of stuff, put in your code and Bam: brick wall- only in US.
Hi. It's Brussels sprouts. Named after the city in Belgium.
I really want to like Brussel sprouts but have tried many ways and just can’t eat them!
you’re trying to get me to eat Brussel sprouts! (gives suspicious sideeye)
Lol! I’m such a mom 😂
That would definitely take that brussel sprouty flavor out of the brussel sprouts. I actually like them ok, but your recipe would make them delicious.
I believe it is Brussels sprouts (capitol b and an s at the end). But I always say/write brussel sprout anyway. Take that Brussels!
I love 💓 brussel sprouts. May be from Brussel. 🤔
you're amazing
I say Brussel. Now I have to Google it. Lol.
do you remove the larva tat sometimes nest inside ?
Brussel sprout in uk x
I looked it up and I guess it is Brussels sprouts.
BRUSSELS sprouts! I believe getting it from Brussels Belgium. Correct me anyone If I have the incorrect history.
Brussel sprouts.
Will frozen Brussels Sprouts work?
Yes! Just thaw them and generally press the moisture out
Why would you salt them since you’re wrapping them in bacon ?
So the inside is flavored and the salt penetrates into the Brussels sprout. It’s not over slaty
Brussels
I didn’t know they were a carb a piece!!🤦♀️
I spell it correctly, brussels sprouts. I say it incorrectly, brussel sprouts, lol.
It’s BRUSSELS sprouts but who cares? They’re delicious however you spell it. Why not try them blanched then sautéed in butter with pancetta and sliced almonds. Amazing.
Not such a great idea to put your spreader into the syrup. Decant some in a small dish.
It is in a small dish 😄 I measured out 1/4 cup which how much it took to make these
Apologies!
🥃🇨🇦
🤓🖖✌👍👌😎
I'm vegan always... 😘
You can omit the bacon! 😃
Is there some reason that I should care that you hate Brussels (not Brussel) Sprouts? Not that I see--leaving.
my problem is - I hate bacon, just the look of it makes me gagg🤢
You ruined perfectly good & delicious Brussels Sprouts. :)
Do you eat them raw?
I hate meat. 🤮 I don't eat my friends. 😅 You don't need disgusting pig flesh to eat brusselsprouts. They get carmellized and more tasty in the oven with olive oil.
