Ray another super helpful video! I was wondering what does this look like for contacts that are added from QuickBooks automatically, I have linked a clients QB and imported all the customers she has to date...but if a new one is added to QB instead of GHL (because of being in that habit) then how can I tag them to go straight into the review automation for new customers and have them tagged upon being adding automatically by QB as a "new customer"?
One way to do it is create a workflow where the trigger is a new contact being created and tags are empty. If this happens then you can tag them as new customer and then the other workflow will fire once they are tagged.

What do you think about email list cleaning software? Do you ever clean the lists before you import so you know that you aren't wasting money sending emails that aren't valid anymore? Great video
Also, are you afraid of giving your IP sending a bad reputation since these people have not signed up to your list before you contact them?
GHL can clean your list for you. You don't need to use third party software.
If you are doing cold email outreach you should watch my video regarding this on my channel. Lots of other things to consider.

can you get flagged in any way if you automate a campaign sending emails to 1,000 contacts? Thank you!
You would want to spread out the emails either through the use of multiple user accounts or over a couple of days. Its not GHL that flags you but the smtp providers if they see you start sending 1000 emails in a day. Better to do 100 over 10 days for example. Otherwise you may get flagged as spam.
