Im getting very frustrated whit this 6400e printer. It says its connected the the wifi, but nothehing will print from any device. Its been a waste of my time.
Every time I want to use it I have to look up these friggin tutorials cause there's always some sort of error or issue. It's never just opening the file I need and printing I (isn't that the base function of a printer?!) I support this person's sentiment 100%
HP Envy 6010 is the worst printer I have ever owned. The number of times I have had to use tutorials to get even one page to print! No more HP. Ever again!
I recently moved, so my printer was no longer on my wifi network. I tried other tutorials but none of them worked. I followed this video and did a network reset. Worked perfectly!
This won't work because the printer isn't recognized on the new network. It says "unavailable" and "printer not listed" and doesn't show in WiFi, printer or Bluetooth settings. This is so frustrating. I can't do a reset. The printer isn't recognized by the computer, laptop or phones.
I just want a printer that stays online, prints when I need it to, and scans when I need it to. Why is it always so difficult to do the simplest task? My printer is about 10 feet from the router, 3 feet from my computer and there is no metal between them. Half the time when it's connected by USB it still says offline or unavailable.
I have been having non stop issues with this printer. For days I have been trying every tutorial video or problem solving suggestion I can find and nothing works.
It would be great if the buttons I push on the app have the same results as your tutorial. There are no advance settings when I push the EXACT same buttons as you.
The most pathetic device I have bought. 100hrs tech support, I don't have any more words, but again it was a bloodbath. If this fucker gave me diamonds at this point, it still wouldn't be worth it. Working now, doesn't matter for the mental cost.
When I try to do this, or anything else to fix the errors I've been getting, it starts flashing all of the lights like crazy! How do I go about fixing this?
Ok yall real talk it won't print word documents. I was able to print from my phone fine. Scan and print fine but word 365 docs no.. saved as pdf no... but I can print from my online class fine. (Same pc using word 365) any ideas or help before I trash this fucker?
6000 series is the worst printer I've ever had the misfortune to use. Mine has gone into error mode (E6) without any feasible reason and it will not accept any fix I can find on the internet. Planning on taking a hammer to it and purchasing something that actually functions. HP need to buck their ideas up pronto.
6400e - PLEASE HELP ME - when pushing green arrow 2 sheets feed fine then 3rd sheet jam and 4E error - as soon as you push green arrow (feeding noise starts and lasts a while before pulling two sheets) seems like roller number 2 has issue on attempt 3 of feed
DO NOT BUY THIS POS JUNK PRINTER. I did, and I regret it. I have to spend hours troubleshooting why it won't connect to my android phone. I'm a truck driver, so when I get home and have to print something, I have to reconnect it and it takes forever. This thing is worthless. I want to use language to describe how I really feel about this printer but my comments will get flagged and you know 😉 Again don't waste your money on this junk.

Ports, Default Printer, Disconnect/Reconnect, Remove/Reinstall Printer, running trouble shooter, running fix, unclicking work offline. The HP Envy 6000 Series is a shameful product with a terrible program that risks to block every action that I want to take. It shows that I need to terminate the inscription but in fact I already have this printer appealed in the HP smart! Then I receive email that remind me of inscription not finished, after several months this printer has been banned. Nobody knows how much times I reached out to their service to resolve the bug in the application. The bug is still there and honestly I'm frustrated to this product. I just cancelled the Instant Ink and I will return the printer. Definitely I wont recommend this to any friend. Catastrophe

Did you move and also connect to a new router? Since I moved mine won’t work. (New router)

I hate this printer. now I have a hardware issue with the scanner.
It is no use for me. As I'm not connected through an app or wifi, but through computer desktop. But you don't tell what to do in that case... :(

Worst printer ever. Also had HP Printers but I HATE this one. Does not stay connected, too difficult to configure, slow. Bottom line, don't by it
