Wtf. The 5th video I've watches on this, and the first that had the pulley set up I'm messing. They didn't me the clips to hold the belt, I'm using painters tape. The only thing I need to know is how the fuck belt goes around the non-tensioning pulley and the drive from the motor and putting the belt on the pulleys os completely fucking skipped

Was the belt problem a manufacturing assembly defect or an installation problem in the store when the machine was first installed?
I think that square hole in the idler is for a 3/8 ratchet with extension to move that pulley back if I am not mistaken.
Yes they make a special tool you can use to move it back and forth I’ve just never bought one.
You forgot to put the washer on in back of bearing
