Smaller CHEAPER machines like the top loaders are a must, since when doing clothes you often want to be able to seperste loads, not everyone has 80 lbs of the same thing.
Too loaders are water hogs. Might want to consider 20 lb fromt loaders. I got rid of all my Tls over 14 years ago 1 of the smartest things i couldve done

how are your dryers doing?
Doing fine. I replaced one motors and a couple rollers but that’s it.

New top loaders have sensors they don't just blindly fill the entire drum anymore.

I have 8. I own the buildings on a couple of them but mostly rent. I’m in central and south Mississippi.
