Thank you Lori for telling your farming stories. I've heard a few stories of the farm/family animals becoming food and left people traumatized by that experience. Your soup looks delicious, I enjoy your recipes also.
You both are so adorable, loved hearing about your childhood Lori...please more stories from both! Im 56 and looking to retire in Mexico within 5 years sooner God willing. Any homes for under $100,000. I think I should try living in different areas of Mexico first. I really like the state of VeraCruz and the mountains in Guana Juato as well as Tepotzlan outside of Mexico City. Thanks for sharing always brings a smile to see you both! Bless.
Thanks Lori for sharing. Love your teak home. Tell us more about your childhood , family, about your town, what do you miss the most? Are you going back ever? Thanks guys. Be safe
Hi, Jerry, one idea for a video that I don't think you have covered: the house buying process. Some questions: 1. What is the typical commission for a real estate agent? 2. Is there a house inspection process, and how does it work? 3. Is there anything like "earnest money" or "contingency" labels for sales? 4. I understand that there's a notario who makes sure that titles are legal and legit. Are there other elements usually present in a US house sale/purchase that are similar or not present? 5. I see a number of "pre-sale" prices on various Mexican real estate sites. Are there dangers to this?
Lori and I met in Hawaii after she had escaped the killing Field of Cambodia the United Nations placed her and her family in Hawaii and that’s what we met 34 years ago. we’re still on the honeymoon.

How did you and Lori meet?
Lori and I met in Hawaii after she had escaped the killing Field of Cambodia the United Nations placed her and her family in Hawaii and that’s what we met 34 years ago. we’re still on the honeymoon.
Lori is a Filipina?
Cambodian
She wrote a book. She had lots of good, and lots of trauma, horror and heartbreak. She’s an amazing woman that overcame so much.
Lori is happy and proud to be a Cambodia
What's wrong with the right side of Lori's face? Did she have a stroke?
Do you listen to yourself?
Nothing. What's wrong with your comment?
I think the sun was hitting her face, causing it to look a little shiny. Next time we’ll adjust the light level.
