I rented for 2+ years until I decided what I wanted to do. Then I bought land, built a house, and now have a farm. You can do anything you want to do and love it. Welcome to lakeside!
No bargain anymore Mexico is gotten very expensive and the new government is very scary now be careful things are changing in Mexico now is not the best time to move to Mexico it's not safe right now and most places are more than the United States.
I don't agree. It's easy to see and compare homes and what you get for your money. Prices have gone up in Mexico as with everywhere else but it's still far less expensive to live here. I don't know where you get the idea the new president is dangerous.
I DO agree with you. That couple from Sacramento just got shot, she died at the car he died at the hospital. They were in their 50s, so glad their children were back at a relatives house. Mexico isn't cheap. I saw prices for events of Dia de Muertos...that means many can't go because they can't afford it.
@@RanchodelLago2021I've bought 3 houses here in Ohio. 1 a duplex $64,000, 1 a 2 bed $60,000, and the 3 bed craftsman I'm living in $62,000. Gas is only $2,70 PG...why go somewhere crazy, where you can be stopped and have to come up with a bribe or drive to a ATM machine and fork over your money. I grew up in Morelia. I am half Mexican, old days of Mexico I'll remember and cherish, now...peiligroso y basurda...be careful, don't move there.
Beautiful!
Glad you have the vision. This house could be beautiful for the person who wants to put in a bit of work and creative interior decorating.
❤❤❤❤❤
