I love to spin the bowstaff: it's fun, nice to look at, and it is a good arms and core workout. When I practice the five fundamental spins, I try to keep the staff rotating the whole time and move around it to go from one spin to the other. Thanks for your bo staff videos. It's my favourite weapon since always.

Watched the video twice. The first time all I could see was all that open space in your back yard!!! Man have you added so much to your yard since this video. Second time I watched the video, your bow staff looks like an 8 bladed propeller. Wonder what it will look like with your new camera? Keep up the great work, good video! PS: I had a video friend tell me to put a bandage on the microphone part of your camera to keep the wind noise out? Would be an easy test.

When you pointed up for places to click on there was nothing there. That is some awesome bo staff work. I wonder if the people who used those for fighting done the spinning stuff. I always wanted to be trained to use the bow staff but never ran across anyone who could. They could teach me how to spin and do xma type stuff but no strikes, blocks, sweeps and disarming.

i used to be chubby and lazy, then i bought a bo staff... now im reasonably fit and practicing my own style/technique. as well as some other things like stances to work out my legs.
+JasonPokeGaming training the skills increases your agility and cofidence with the weapon. If you only learn the attacks and the defenses , sometime you will be in trouble when your weapon stays in a awkward position after a missed attack or when you defend a very powerful attack from your oppenent. So ,spinning the staff is a very important skill,in martial arts. :)

What is the best place to buy Bo Staffs? I've had some bad experiences with websites.
