Lexel from @sashcoinc and sill gasket.

One of the problem areas of air leakage is the junction of the foundation and sill. I use Lexel from @sashcoinc to ensure an airtight seal between my sill gasket and foundation and sill gasket and plate. It is cheap insurance, as once you start framing, you can't get back under the plate.
Any compatibility issues have been addressed. Or just ask @sashconate

Why would you need to use anything with sill gasket once the plate is put down and walls are built the lexel is a useless expense
