And I heard if its anticlockwise to sedate left side, then its clockwise on the right. Would you agree? it suggests following the direction of qi sedates while going opposite stimulates. It can be funny/confusing when doing areas such as the face where clockwise is anticlockwise in the mirror version. Goodnight!

i have ME/CFS - i can be awake for 3 weeks - it's crazy and i hate it - i did this with the video and started to feel a bit sleepy , i'm going into my room and try it again- i do Qi Gong for other stuff i find it helps. Does it matter which foot - or should you do both?
@@heylady7 You don’t have to press hard. If 10 out of 10 is the hardest you can push, 3 or 4 is more than enough. As for the breath, as long as you are using a long slow diaphragmatic breath don’t worry about coordinating, just breathe deeply and rub a 100 circles.
Hmmm. Counterclockwise on the left foot is towards the inside of the foot while counterclockwise on the right foot is towards the outside of the foot. Doesn't this make a difference?
Great question. The simple answer is no it doesn’t matter. Counter clockwise reduces energy intensity, whereas clockwise increases the intensity of energy. To sleep we need to calm the system vs energizing it.
That is a fair question. Qigong is not doing anything magical. It is a tool to help your body shift into a parasympathetic state, where rest, digest and healing are turned on. However, If someone still is eating toxic food, drinking toxic water, thinking toxic thoughts or feeling toxic emotions, illness and decline are still an inevitable outcome. Qigong makes us move more and think less, which is a great first step to initiate the healing process. Although stimulating energetic movement in the body is a powerful healing modality, without changes to the other aspects I mentioned, it's just not enough. You only need to use one foot. It doesn’t matter which one.
Kind of hard to coordinate with the breathing & counting. Do you have to press hard like in acupressure ?
