Today I share the method I used for searching for beautiful paradise planets that look like Earth! Maybe as a community we can find something even closer to Earth! Good Luck Travelers!

I recently found one after years of playing. i was thrilled. Only problem with it is very occasional heat storms, and the grass is a little too tall. but its probably the best I'll ever find. I've never seen a game that could motivate people to look for something for years before. It's really kinda cool
if you go to some places on earth the grass might be accurate, as short grass is maintained.. unless it’s taller then your character
I think it would be cool in an update to add some number of multi biome planets. I know single biomes make it easier to compute and save, so only sometimes should they spawn, but it would lead to even more joy in discovery.
So I thought about this. The practical way to do it is one multi biome or “Goldilocks” planet every few systems and the other planets be dead, lifeless but full of minerals. Look at our solar system, how many of em have life vs how many are gaseous, icy, boiling, dead. Only problem would be, the multi biome planets would melt potato computers.

I don’t think it would be that hard to add ice caps to most planets.
I have found similar earth-like planet in rich gek economy. Green grass, blue oceans, aqua sky, golden beaches and continental surface (like 11 continents). It even has a gray moon without atmosphere, which is cool. It has "refreshing breeze" weather type and sentinel activity is low. There are 15 animal types, but there is one rare type, underground, which is alien-looking (tentacles). No predators luckily.
I have found a place with 4 buildings close to each other, so I built my base there and it looks like city.

I built a base on Brolodise called “Nipland Dispensary.” The number on the system tag is supposed to indicate average temperature in the system. I think it is that 1 = very hot to 9 = very cold. Ideally, the Earth-like paradise planets should be 3-5. I hope that helps 😊
My base is Freighter’s Bay Ranch. It sits just below a crashed freighter

Remember, boiling storms etc is a deal breaker. Spend ten minutes or so on the planet you discovered cataloguing creatures and wait to see if there’s a storm. Breezy, jade winds etc as a descriptor are a good indicator that you’ve got a gem. Additionally you want low rads/tox. My bar for a successful paradise discovery is that it’s not actively killing you with rads/tox.
I’d say aggressive sentinels are also a dealbreaker
Idk Sentinels are piece of cake, ready to disable at a pillar. Good for nanites too.

My earthlike planet has aggressive sentinels and heat storms all the time 😂. It's fine though cause I built my base next to a manufacturing facility so they wont attack
They should have a very difficult line of missions to permanently get rid of sentinels on a planet, it takes the joy away when I just want to chill on my planet

I TOTALLY agree with you when it comes to uploading discoveries to the server. Hello should change this, allow the scanner to see what planet they are but you still need to land on the planet to claim discovery.

I have to thank you and your community for Brolodise. I've been trying to find a populated planet with active bases for ages. I'm not sure I can live up to the base building standards I see around me, but I've given it a shot.

I found a tropical planet that has blue skies, blue water, green grass, nice trees, no storms, and it is by far the most Earth like i have seen after hundreds upon hundreds of jumps, I too use a freighter with the scanner room, although I have mine in a room on the right. It does have a heavy sentinel presence but that just means more nanites.
Thank you, with your method I managed to find an amazing planet, it is an earth-like but with a detail, it is dissonant and makes it cooler, while flying in the atmosphere it turns purple, but when landing it turns green with blue sky,In the same system, there are two more planets like the earth and all with water and animals similar to those of the earth, such as the ox, and also flora similar to that of the earth, unfortunately a bad thing, is that all the planets are more than 10 seconds from the space station
My homesystem in NMS is a G6P in a Dissonant system, has a corrupted world, a paradise world with blue skies, yellow or green grass, blue oceans, and there's a rainy planet with high sentinels. I'd be down with neighbors lol
Funny how in the far future, earth is still the literal best place to live in the universe, and we would do anything to find planets like these

If you don't mind, what difficulty level are you building that base in? I haven't seen it, but I'm in Normal mode.
I'm not sure if someone mentioned this before or it's even entirely accurate but the teal and yellow skies drive me nuts. Not to mention blood water and blood grass. When in your starship, outside the planet's atmosphere, you can see a color rim around that planet which almost always indicates the sky color. At a further distance, teal and purple can be a bit hard to distinguish. Unfortunately the ship scanner won't reveal that rim but it definitely lets you sift through a lot more very quickly. Great tip!

I live on a pretty nice Earth-like planet. Blue Sky's, Blue Oceans, green grass. Only downside is the tree leaves are purple. But I love it.
i like to use the filter in the map, search for gek's, make sure it has water. geks like grassy planets.
Finally, someone who knows what they are looking for, I done all the suggestions bout FG 3 to 6 and its rubbish , like u said lots of planets and Yellow is the best search option . I Even ignore when peeps put things about the Fs and Ps I done loads trying F3to6 and just got rubbish. Although there were clear weathers but they all seemed to have the Crap bubbles Lol
I think the letters and numbers checking is confirmation bias, they get lucky with a certain star letter and assume it has a higher spawn rate. There is NO legit evidence of correlation yet, you’re right

I found a planet which does have a blue atmosphere, blue water,green surface and maybe earth like animals.
I made a hotel on it.
I got lucky and found one within the first week of playing the game. I’ve been playing the game now for five years and still on the same planet building stuff it is a beautiful planet I do occasionally go exploring, other systems, but I always return to the earth, like planet.
My main base Elysium, is on a paradise Earth-like planet with blue skies, green grass and blue water all the way to the horizon, the trees and animals are very Earth like I'd say, no weird tentacle monsters or robots, more like giant crabs and rodents. It's in the starter galaxy Euclid. Matter of fact there's 2 Earth-like planets in that system, the one i just mentioned and another with blue grass, but this one is an overgrown world which means i occasionally get storms.

I actually started my current game on a paradise planet. It's the most Earth like I've ever found. It has blue sky and water and green grass. The Animals are similar to Earth. Some else beat me as the one who uploaded it to get discovery credit.
I've been doing some sentinel interceptor hunting - if I find any on my hunts, I'll upload any as I go.
I have discovered a few like these and put it in my wonders
But sadly im bad at base building
damn, i found one but with storm, and weird animals. and also it's ringed planet. but the sky and the palm trees really made it look like a rainforest planet. damnnn
One important aspect of Earth is multiple biomes.
We shouldn't stop at finding the perfect paradise planet. We should find the perfect planet for each of earth's biomes. Then place a base computer at each of them so you can visit each part of earth. A snow biome, desert biome, swamp biome, etc.
I found several very earth-like planets...then left them, because I wasn't a human species. 😂
Funnily enough one guy over on the NMS Coordinate Exchange subreddit found a straight up sea turtle.

thanks for the tips, when i return from vacation ill probably buy the game on steam (curently have it on switch) and start from 0 but be able to play with friends and have a smother experience. ill lose everything, specially the expeditions things, but im sure they will return on reduxes, so ill try to find planets like this when im back.

I've been looking for an earth like planet with an airless moon just like ours and an earthlike planet similar yo the description I gave but with rings and glowing grass
I found my Earthlike planet and called it Pangea. The sky occasionally goes yellow when the sun is at its highest point, but I like it.
i just passed a nicepirate system with 2 earthlikes... one was very oceany with too perfectly round sporadic islands, the other had goofy animals but the colors were great and the system was pretty dark black... i left it because i was on my way to a new galaxy hoping for a fresh start because i had a few clumsy bases and am way too much a perfectionist that i was in fear even my deletion would be inperfect LOL so i thought the hell with it, dip to another galaxy and leave all behind, start over new in a new place with much more experience... landed in budullangr .. ancient dead galaxy but i will find my paradise there on day.... i wanna be far away from anybody :P
Ps the creatures on my planet there's a few odd ones but no nasty ones

I found 2 earth like ones , both times from start of a game. blue skies, clouds even looked normal for some reason, plants and animals, no tech stuff , very like earth. All but desert or snow basically
And i also discovered the largest planet so far in game,, i never did upload because i thought it was common only to find out nope LOL . And found a hell planet , gigantic worms , basically larger than any space ship .
right now, not as nearly earth like before, but all 5 planets in system are somewhat earth like.
I like the game but its strange early of the two and only later did i realize what the game started me one was extremely rare

My home planet Gaisha is about as close to earth as possible. No sentinels, 0.1 tox and 0.2 rad. 60 Fahrenheit days 40 Fahrenheit nights with large reptilian birds, a bat like creature that looks like the bat from the Neverending Story, and a deep/vast ocean. Found in the Euclid galaxy it is also home to giant worms. My base is located in a bay area on a stone spire. Wish I had more people to colonize it

I'm pretty sure G gives a lot (at least in Euclid). I was looking in G2 systems and I got two Earth likes (not as much as Brolodise or something like that). Anyway, I find that G systems give a lot of paradise planets.
Most systems are G... of course you're more likely to find them there.
I found a planet with green grass, blue water, and normal creatures, but the atmosphere is red. But it is blue at dawn and dusk

To me, earthlike means varied biomes and all resources available.
That doesn't actually exist in the game as a single planet so the best bet is to find a star system that has planets that cover everything you need.
Emeril, cadmium and indium not withstanding.

Man, I have like 4 of these planets on one save. My favorite one is very very green with very lush fine grass. A pale blue sky and crystal clear water. I have one base in it that I call the greenery. That said, my main base is on a desert planet with no storms or sentinels. It only has two aggressive creatures and -72 degrees cold nights. Other than that it's a damn good planet that I'm building up. It has a museum, portal base, and the very first large prefab base I made when I started playing.
My system has an extreme weather planet and a lush red paradise planet as well. This is my first and only solar system in which I'm constantly building up.

Hey bro I kinda found a cool earth planet it does have rings but the atmosphere is slightly less greener and does have grass and normal looking trees there are striders on the planet but don't think there's anything else weird on it comment back if you want to know glyphs

How do you change your flight settings to be that responsive? Hate the current drag-and-follow system that flying has in NMS.

Earth is like this cuz God made it specifically for us like this , the more you play no mans sky the more you realize how much intricacy is needed for a planet to be as detailed and functioning as earth is, accidents and random chance cant create something like this

You’re underestimating the size of a single galaxy if you think that a bunch of players with freighters will scan a large part of it with a scanner 😂. The radius of Euclid is more than 1 million light years across. Only very small concentrated parts of the galaxy has been discovered, that’s areas around player and community hubs and the galactic center. Even so in those areas as soon as you get a few thousand light years away from them you’ll find a lot of undiscovered space. Also in even in normal galaxies yellow stars (F and G class) will have a 2X chance of finding paradise planets with lush galaxies at 4X like you mentioned. The number next to the class of star is the average of the temperature of all the planets in the system. 0 will tend to have hotter planets and 9 will tend to have colder planets with 4-6 being in temperate range. The more planets on a system the less useful that number becomes because some cold and hot planets together can average that temperature out.
Its not about scanning the whole galaxy, but we can just discover a lot if we are many. I'm not an explorer type however and exploring something procedurally generated gives me a feel of fakeness.
@@fureimu_64 not even close to a lot. Even if many players together go on a scanning rampage across the galaxy. It’s estimated that the numbers of stars systems per galaxy in NMS is around 1.5 trillion.

Bro when I started playing nms I had the same exact feeling about the planet we live on. I was amazed at the beauty the game was showing me but in the back of my mind i kept thinking about earth and comparing every planet to it. We are extremely lucky to have it and really need to try our best as a society to stop destroying it...
