It's amazing how good that 6 cyl supercharged engine really is - the power and torque come on instantaneously to move this car that weighs over 4k lbs when you hit the accelerator and boy does the car move - simply amazing -
I love this car. I also hate overpowered cars. We americans tend to over buy everything. We always think that more is better, but that is not always the case
My Favorite Audi the 2012 A7 Sportback 3. OT. The time is coming When you Hear me Coming. Turn heads & stay Focused on What I'm After. Brian Cooley Is 1 of the Best when It comes Down 2 Reviewing & Showing the good & bad With tech these days.
The handling is like on a sportscar, at least in the european spec. I've heard rumours of the americans ruining suspension, steering, making it more yuckky american fullsizer-like. That's a crime if it's true, but I know it has happened with other cars before! Mine runs like on rails with the original 20 inch rims, adjustable suspension, electronic/manual Bugatti style wing. And infrared display on windscreen at night is smart, so is the reminders of speedlimits. Best car I've had ever! : )
many things are both purple and orange, including fruit, and combing adjectives for a more apt description of characteristics is quite accepted. just because something is purple, does not mean it cannot also be orange. just bc the a7 has four doors does not mean it cannot feel coupe-esque
there are so many fanboys and people who talk about things when they dont know what they are talking about, but instead of trying to correct people who wont listen im just gonna say that audi is like hyundai in the fact that they have come a long way from the audi's we remember that were so unreliable and just seemed like rebranded VWs. the company has new leadership and they are taking it in a direction that is reliable and makes sense. i love the new A7 but like the upcoming RS7 better ;)
@holandpark yeah its like 6x more expensive but you are gettin what u paid for and its a beast of a machine fyi its like starts from 80 grand in us so not that expensive than this
@pedro125252 You seem to be misinformed again - Audi is part of the Volkswagon Group; Besides owning Audi, the VW group also owns Bentley, Bugatti, and Lamborghini, and Porsche. Quite a bit of engines and component parts are shared to increase efficiencies in scale with each group retaining autonomy. If it wasn't for the VW group's deep cash pockets, the likes of the Veyron, Bentley Continental, and Lamborghini's Aventador would never have been created
if the ECU was designed correctly, premium would be just fine. and like guitarist1990 said, these cars are not meant for reliablity after 60-70k milage. even if it had 30k and was 7 years old, expect the same problems of a 60-70k milage. i knew a guy who had an 04 A4 with something in the 90,000 mile range. and oneday the transmission decided not to shift into gear anymore. sadly just a week before he traded his Civic for it because he thought luxury cars were reliable...
Deluded? Not sure what you mean. Anyway, I don't take seriously comments from someone named Yoshi who probably plays Mario World and lives in his parents basement.
Deluded in the sense that you call yourself a San Francisco neurosurgeon and you declare yourself to be a "Mercedes S-class guy" while on youtube in the middle of the day. :/ And my post was not advice, it was a statement.
I'm beginning to think you have a case of envy or something. Perhaps you are annoyed at the fact that someone studied hard, worked hard, lives the American Dream and has something to show for on the driveway and the bank. I'll give you some advice if you ever want to move out of your parent's basement. Stop watching RUclips videos and surfing the web. I paid my dues so I can watch RUclips all I want. Go out there and try things. Going to school and getting a degree is not enough to get anywhere. If you're moping around because you applied for hundreds of jobs online and have no response then you've gotta look in the mirror. I'm pretty certain you have no clue what the work environment today is like based on your comments. We live in a hypercompetitive global society and work can occurs anywhere in the world there's an internet connection. You have international peers that are more driven and hungry than you. So think about that and maybe next time you write to me a nice thank you and tell me you got your first job out of school. Good luck to you.
sfneurosurgeon Personally I just don't believe you that you're a neurosurgeon in SF with an S-class. I think it's far more likely that you are a deluded pre-med student with a youtube alter ego. On your unsolicited advice on the "hyper-competitive global society" I will only say that a high-tech society will put higher premiums on social skills (or so I've read). And a barrage of insults thinly veiled as advice isn't going to endear you to anyone.
I love the exterior design, It's just stunning, but the interior isn't all that special to me. As a Mercedes driver, I expected more, I guess it's just not my cup of tea. The CLS isn't exactly a "better" car, but I find it to be more elegant and much more of a Pedigree than Audi does.
What? The market this car is directed toward doesn't care much about longevity, especially past 60-70k miles. The supercharger will not give out for a long time. And who says 91 or 93 octane gas won't work? Tons and tons of these cars have been on the road since 2011, and I haven't heard much about issues with running the specified gas. I have been driving an Audi 2.0T FSI with a tiny little K03 turbo which has a compression ratio of 10.5:1. It has 126000 miles and the engine and turbo are fine
@pedro125252 You wouldn't save 30K... This car is about $70K like this (according to Audi's build your own site). That's only 5K more than an Equus Ultimate.
+jrarael90 I know, I've been waiting 4 years for this damn car to drop to the 30's. Finally getting mine next week. Never even drove one before, don't need to when a car is that sexy.
Gc_03 I got the prestige with all options. Sold it last month and getting a Cadillac ELR. I loved it but didn't like the $4,000 a year for maintenance.
@weih723 Yes, but honestly with Audi, it would produce the same amount probably if not less torques than the 3.0T (supercharged). Plus your mpg would be much worse than this.
AUDI definitely has potential but they need to be careful with their turbo reliability. Audi doesn't take into account what the different grades of gasoline does to the engine...It's very highly compressed engine, premium won't work.
Ice show "Twizzle" opened to the public the new AUDI A7 Sportback. Presentation of the new AUDI A7 Sportback was held in Chelyabinsk in the cabin Audi Centre Chelyabinsk. The evening of March 8, a worldwide day of spring, and lovely ladies, South Ural beau monde have demonstrated a five-door luxury coupe. Birth of the car Honourable audience saw almost live: in the darkness, the sound of techno in sparkling silver outfits have four shows on the skater ice "TWIZZLE”
I have the new Audi A6. I agree the interior is nice...however make a move into a jaguar XJ, BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe and they blow the audi away. After a few months you start finding niggles and squeaks!
This car is so easy on the eyes. Aggressive yet elegant at the same time.
Blows every car manufactuer out of the water with interior design, technology, and graphics.
It's amazing how good that 6 cyl supercharged engine really is - the power and torque come on instantaneously to move this car that weighs over 4k lbs when you hit the accelerator and boy does the car move - simply amazing -
Audi did a wonderful job with this A7. I like it. It has Style, Beauty, and Ingenuity. 2 Thumbs Up.
I just saw one today I swear this car was so smooth and cool looking.
My neighbor has one.
the only Audi I like.
Perfect, just perfect. Inside and out.
Audi is truly awesome... my favourite of the German 3.
I love this car. I also hate overpowered cars. We americans tend to over buy everything. We always think that more is better, but that is not always the case

BiTDi A7 is a monster looks like it was designed by the Devil yet wrought to perfection by God
should've sold that line to Cooley
Audi def has a winner with the A7. I think if they can implement this on lower models like say an A4, they can dominate.
God this guy can talk.
kcuf foo It's a review what do you expect from him?
The headlights are AMAZING.
The handling is like on a sportscar, at least in the european spec. I've heard rumours of the americans ruining suspension, steering, making it more yuckky american fullsizer-like. Audi is the truth.
I just bought this car last week and a small rock just hit my windsheild@@@@@@@!!!!!!!!!
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!
many things are both purple and orange, including fruit, and combing adjectives for a more apt description of characteristics is quite accepted. just because something is purple, does not mean it cannot also be orange. just bc the a7 has four doors does not mean it cannot feel coupe-esque
If I see someone take there battery out there phone in 2018 I’ll bust out laughing 😂😂
What's a battery?
Sam Royans I meant phone 😂😂 and idek
@@lilbandit1026 haha I know...my comment was a joke 😂
The NSA wasn’t laughing when he did that
those lights are fucking amazing, fuck a ferrari, lamborghini, i want this
The good old days with Cooley
Audi, THE KING.
You my friend are not alone.
there are so many fanboys and people who talk about things when they dont know what they are talking about, but instead of trying to correct people who wont listen im just gonna say that audi is like hyundai in the fact that they have come a long way from the audi's we remember that were so unreliable and just seemed like rebranded VWs. the company has new leadership and they are taking it in a direction that is reliable and makes sense. i love the new A7 but like the upcoming RS7 better ;)
i want that in my life
Man this or the A8. Hardest choices of your life.
A7, hands down.
Not really, the A8 looks ugly compared to this heavenly piece of design and class
The CLS is what started this whole segment
I'm going through 5 years of pre-requisites and then medical school for this baby!
Thinking about buying one, just not sure about the reliability.
I'm sorry but I fucking love these reviews especially because of the guy
love Cooleys reviews....
Good god I want one!
Brian Cooley, I just like the way he tells it.
love it love it love it
@kumquatsta i agree with the rear looks, but the a5 will get the same front lights by 2013 so just hang in there
Love this car, worried that if something goes wrong with engine/transmission you're screwed!
Cooley, you ok we get it, you love Audi cars!!!!
Professional done review. Thank You...
That's the car I want to have
Love everything about the car except the limited engine choice -- one. Would much prefer the 4.2 v8 version for car this size!
you made a 10 minute review of the navigation, oh my god. you sound uninterested, this car is magic
In truth he thinks Audi makes the best tech in the business. Said so in another video.
NikoBell12
Amazing
Cadillac just blew IT out of the water with CUE, I await Audi's response
another brilliant review
Very nice job man.
Great and thorough review!
god damn i love these videos
@holandpark yeah its like 6x more expensive but you are gettin what u paid for and its a beast of a machine fyi its like starts from 80 grand in us so not that expensive than this
the headlights are so sexy!
maybe cause this car is amazing?
@playernumber2001 bro the panamera belongs to a different class, this car is rightly compared to the merc cls.

I'm a Mercedes S-Class guy, but I actually like this Audi A7 and would consider getting one.
+sfneurosurgeon you sound deluded. My guess is your net worth is well under the MSRP of either.
Deluded? Not sure what you mean. Anyway, I don't take seriously comments from someone named Yoshi who probably plays Mario World and lives in his parents basement.

Awesome review.
A luxury sedan with classic coupé-like proportions.
educate yourself
very nice
another great review.
OMG, $6000 for a premium sound system? Audi's going nuts!
My friend's mum has an Audi Q5...with a near-useless navigation system.
@weih723 hopefully they make an RS7 with the 444HP motor from the RS5
Audi is winning ...

Powerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!
My dream car but they don't take dream money.
@CNETTV Would you have the Premium Plus package or the Prestige package?
@pedro125252 You wouldn't save 30K... This car is about $70K like this (according to Audi's build your own site). That's only 5K more than an Equus Ultimate.
Should I get the Audi A7 or Audi A6
AUDI
Its crazy how you can find one of these for around $35k $45k nowadays!! Im thinking of getting one :)
+jrarael90 I know, I've been waiting 4 years for this damn car to drop to the 30's. Finally getting mine next week. Never even drove one before, don't need to when a car is that sexy.
+Sonya Williams congrats!! Which one you got? Like what trim?? :)
Gc_03 I got the prestige with all options. Sold it last month and getting a Cadillac ELR. I loved it but didn't like the $4,000 a year for maintenance.
Sonya Williams care to give an update? Assuming you’re still using the internet
I just bought one for 25
@dazziola
In the US most people call it a coupe. (one syllable) If you pronounce it coupé you come across as a douché.
@ku42 Cause people would get sick of things in it crashing, and they wouldnt like having to update the car every 2 weeks..
The diesel is so much better, best part of double the nm torque, take off the line like it has launch control!
Look up the Audi A5 Sportback. They don't offer it in America.
In the 80s it was called a liftback, Toyota had the Corona
Now.. all the world have corona😅😅
Is there a monthly fee for the 3G service?
@weih723 Yes, but honestly with Audi, it would produce the same amount probably if not less torques than the 3.0T (supercharged). Plus your mpg would be much worse than this.
@ku42 Apple might be making actual HDTVs though in the future.
damn the SIM in the car is new lol
@shenglongx He should be in top gear america
more like the spoiler taken from the Veyron
Gotta love it! :D
AUDI definitely has potential but they need to be careful with their turbo reliability.
Audi doesn't take into account what the different grades of gasoline does to the engine...It's very highly compressed engine, premium won't work.
Your car is nice.. Unless u mess up settings...😅

"car gets on by itself" but it also means what .. another $20-30/month for data? I guess with a car like this, $20-30/month is pocket lint.
I prefer to spend my cash on performance and comfort rather than gizmos. This has little your smartphone can't offer you for $10,000 less.
@pedro125252 yo dude ever hear of the r8 a8 ttrs? never heard of those before huh
@pedro125252 are you seriously comparing the A7 to an Equus ? then you're probably not the target consumer for the A7
Then a Toyota Camry is better than a Hummer H1 then, because we're here comparing completely different things right?
nice looking. dont need all that garbage while driving
5:49 lol
but a Toyota Corolla. simple and reliable.
Wow, this is the first video of this guy where he doesn't sound like a condescending prick. That's really cool :-)
oi caraaaaaaaaaa, andji a péé qui si fodi!
Well no duh. An Equus compares to an Audi A8, not an A4 or A3. Look at the specs before you make a redundant comment like this.
Great Video, I am one of the most passionate guys about Audis, I am looking for people like me who are German engineering motorheads, let me know.
oh forgot the price 30,000 vs 60.000 ;)
@by22hermafrodites though imagine a htc car :P
