    Walter donaldson was a great song writer, the likes who we have not seen since the 1930's.And I am not an American.

      peter tyson: I totally agree! Others have pointed out how much more famous Irving Berlin and George Gershwin are...his closest "competitors". Walter Donaldson is the best exemplar of the Roaring 20s music era...and always will be.
