It's a shame that most of the series are only out in two years but I'm very excited for Marvel Zombies the cast looks refreshing and amazing and I hope it will be a continuation of chapter 5 in "what if...?"

I didn't understand how it has to do with the cinematic universe if except for "I AM GROOT" all the other series take place in another universe? Like it's nice but the 616 universe is the main one!
And I really hope that Marvel will surprise tomorrow at Comic-Con because everyone says to lower expectations because most of the announcements were at D23 and Disney+Day so.....I hope that tomorrow we will get at least two/three trailers and dates for certain movies

I doubt Marvel would make X-Men 92 required viewing for the 97 series. For me its nostalgic, but if you get a chance to watch 92 I wouldn't say you shouldn't!

The biggest announcement for me was Marvel Zombies being rated TV-MA. That means Deadpool isn't the exception and we could be seeing even more TV-MA/Rated R MCU content in the future.
The lineup for Marvel Zombies looks awesome. I'm super excited to see more from Red Guardian- David Harbour or not.

I'm 48 and still watch cartoons. X-MEN '97 !!! SUPER excited for this one. The originals came out just when I finished High School :)
So so SO happy they're adding Sunspot to the X-Men line-up. He's my favourite marvel character of all time and I'm so happy they're bringing him in
I’m super intrigued by 1602. It’s one of the few comics I’ve read and it was very enjoyable. Can’t wait to see what happens in What If season 2!

I have a feeling the X-Men 97 reboot is set in the 838 Universe we saw in Multiverse of Madness. It makes sense that Magneto is now the leader of the X-Men because Wanda killed Xavier in MoM.
The reboot series is also gonna be an exact continuation of the original series

While that could work didn't X-Men end originally with him going off into space like is said in the video^ and Charles asks Magneto to take over the team?
The X-Men universe was connected to all the 90s Marvel Fox shows which included characters like Steve Rogers as Captain America who is the First Avenger not Peggy like we see in Earth-838. Carol Danvers also was Captain Marvel in the 90s universe which is not the case for Earth-838 and plus characters like Reed would be much older at least in his late 50s so unless he has aged extremally well it's unlikely that there the same.
NO. Xavier went with Lilandra by the end of TASM hence missing in that picture.
I'm a kid who was born in 2004 and i enjoyed the OG X-Men much than the other animated series that came out durring my time.
Back in the day I was 5 and couldn't wait till the next Saturday morning! Plus watching it as a kid was Amazing! I've recently watched the lot again and seeing it as an adult it's still Amazing! But coz of The character building/plots/animation etc it's also For Adults You know what I Mean? Cheers

X-men 92 doesn't have continuity errors. The episodes simply aired out of order because of production issues. If you'll watch it in the script order, then everything makes perfect sense.
There are script order lists online, it's very easy to find.
Do not watch it in the TV broadcast order.
you’re right, they mentioned this in the panel. That is what Erik is alluding to.
There are some continuity issues, such as Cable’s first appearance not lining up with any of his subsequent appearances.

I know it's kind of a flimsy explanation but that's because the writers took him in a different direction in the first season, but then decided to go more comic accurate in season 2 and onward.
That's what caused the inconsistency.
X-Men 97 seems to be drawing more directly from the comics in that time frame, as in Storm's hair and Sunspot.
Is the marvel zombies series in the same universe as the What if…? E
episode? I don’t remember if who is a zombie and who isn’t is contradicting between the two shows, but Captain America seems to be sliced in half, like how he was left in What If…?
That might explain why there’s a lot of phase 4 characters in the lineup

So far, these animated projects look super interesting. I hope Marvel Studios continues investing more animated content in the future, because there are so many different ideas and possibilities that they can do with animation, that would be complicated doing in live-action. There’s should be variety imo. 👍

The captain america with no legs at 8:27 is because his legs got detached from his body by bucky by throwing the sheild back at zombie cap like wanda threw it back at captain carter (I feel like nobody noticed that in the Dr Strange MoM) in What If Ep.5

Something that occurred to me (I know Erik loves the crazy, long shot theories). If Magneto is in charge of X-men 97, could Feige be taking a page from the "Age of Apocalypse" alternate timeline (Wolverine with only one hand) where Magneto was actually in charge of the team? Those issues came out in mid-90s (If I remember) so the timelines could line up...plus it was one of my favorite storylines (right up there with "Days of Future Past")

I can’t fathom how groot gets a solo project before the hulk.
Universal Studios have the rights to a solo Hulk project, so it's far easier to make a solo Groot project cuz Disney and Marvel Studios don't have to worry about character rights.

What's crazy about the MCU's animated line is that none of them takes place in the main Earth-616 (or Earth-19999 as retorted by Ms. Marvel herself. The canonicity of I Am Groot is a little vague though...)

Do we know there’s no Norman Osborne in 616? We know there currently isn’t an Oscorp, and something about his son (guessing either dead, doesn’t exist or is in rough shape or unfamiliar). I’m guessing there’s a possibility that these characters still exist, but in a different state.
Oh I’m so excited for the 1602 What If episode and from the sounds of it Doctor Strange seems to be a big part of that episode I wonder if Benedict will be able to use his British accent
