Have been teaching myself some new photography techniques and ideas and had a go at this one myself. Such a simple yet great idea and I'm so pleased how my photos have turned out especially as it was my first attempt. Have been using some brightly coloured patterned backgrounds for this rather than just one colour too. Am also recovering from COVID at the moment so a photography project to do indoors has been a great distraction for me.

These are very creative ideas you come up with, and you must have a wonderful imagination to be able to put them all together and record them so we all can enjoy them too. Thanks, Photo 1x1. Does the 1x1 stand for - 1 creative imagination and one camera equals lots of fun?

The problem is the close focus distance of your lenses. But don't worry. First you can always crop, and second there are cheap macro alternatives, like extension tubes or reverse mounts. Did you see my macro comparison video yet? I have listed them all.

Tried this but am having trouble focusing my camera on the bubbles. Sony a57 with settings in the video. Any suggestions?
You are probably closer than the close focusing distance of your lens. You need to get further back 😉

Hii, i have the canon 18-55 lens , the 75-300 which one is better for this assignment?
The 18-55 should be easier, but I think the 75-300 would give you a bigger magnification. You would need a tripod though.

Hi! I used a macro lens on the camera, but I also used the smartphone. What are you having issues with?
@@wolfamri I have a 50mm 1.4, a and a 24-105mm 4.0 which says Macro on it but neither gives me any good results. Can’t get close enough 😔
