Factory where I used to work was -30km away and company used to arrange transport by tempo traveller and Swaraj Mazda mini buses . I still remember most people preferred traveller for its smooth ride and comfort . Swaraj Mazda was with vibration but spacious ..

As a Good Management practice a company should not rely on a single product. Force should source some more engine options because emission norms are changing day by day and only time will tell how long they able to make changes in that old Mercedes engine.
They have the technical know-how, as they make engines and parts for both international and Indian OEMs even Tata nexon has some parts manufactured by force motors - they are leading the race running ONLY as fast as they need to.
The only company that can challenge them is Eicher. Why Eicher? Cause there the one kicking in price to performance category of loader vehicles & also very affordable. They are capable, but their interest is only in trucks, specially mid-size trucks, which has a larger market share than traveller like vehicles.
It won't be easy task for Eicher either. The popularity of that force engine is now very high , thus making it easier to get repaired other than any other vehicle.

most of the customers are small and they wont have money to setup charging infrastructure for charging. also it would triple the cost of van as it would require huge battery to carry so many passengers, so it is not a practical idea.

When it comes to electric vehicle motor power is not important, 144 hp motor will not be heavy or costly but a battery to cover a decent range with given load is what is important and it's going to be very heavy and costly.Considering double to three times the price, even if you consider the maintenance cost it still does not add up, it will fit only in niche cases, which does not warrant additional development cost.

Shared transportation system is very popular in Kashmir (I'm from there) in the form of Tata Sumos and Chevy Taveras. Have seen a similar thing in Ooty with old Jeeps. Considering they're all smaller than Travellers, maybe size is the reason the sharing system doesn't work with bigger vehicles in our country, or it jumps straight to buses.

Sir 2023 Models have numerous issues. Company should work on their product. Earlier models were good rather than BS6 New Models. 35k KMS chali hui gadi me gear shifting issue aa rha he n company is doing nothing.
Now the quality standards are not upto the mark. I bought Force TT 17+1 str and after just 35k kms, I am facing problems in Gear Shifting. When we reached company they said water went into the engine, That is why you are facing this problem. Many new 2023 models have numerous issues in their vehicle. With their monopoly, They have degraded their quality a lot.
India ke log public transports ke liye mini buses ka use karte hain. Yeh vans bahut chote desho mein minibuses ka hi kam karte hain. Isliye india mein iska market zada nahi hain.agar public transport mein use karte toh Ashok Leyland Eicher mahindra bhi apna van launch kar dete.
It has Mercedes engine, force was tied with Mercedes when they arrived in India...so far now that same engine and chassis has improved version provide good combination and performance...and in market there is no other options...

I am in odisha Balangir, Service is too bad...I have two nos force traveller 32 seater. At the time of selling they promised service. Now for every small problem they are calling us to 150 km. And charging too high for small services

The first time I saw this vehicle is the late 1990s, it was called the Tempo Traveller which was manufactured by Bajaj Tempo back then.
