- The two teen suspects accused in the killing of Elijah DeWitt, the Jefferson High School Football star who was shot outside a Dave & Buster's in Gwinnett County, are back in Georgia.
The two teens faced a Gwinnett County judge on Wednesday morning.

That judge was profoundly courteous and as a man tasked at upholding the law, and ensuring people's rights are respected, he has to presume them innocent until they are proven guilty. As heinous of crimes these young males have been accused of, and aren't going to garner much sympathy in the court of public opinion, they, like everyone else, has the right of due process.
