Great video my friend!
I was upset that it didn't work with the adapter I had, but it worked when connected via USB C, I thought it was just for charging, is this possibility written in the manual? I didn't find it but it worked tho...
Is there any option to charge it while in use through power bank for longer recordings
Nice video brother
Can you use 3 of these at once? Like you buy a single and double set, then pair them all together?
How do you know if both its transistors are working at the same time? There is no option to check it in the receiver
i didn’t get the iphone cable im not sure they just sent me other 2 round one where would i need that these days
I've got these mics but im having serious trouble with the audio distorting when there is louds sounds such as my voice when I laugh. I'm new to using microphones can you give me some tips for recording better sound with these.
Im new to but I learned that speaking into it so close is not good and when you laugh move the microphone l little father away so its not so loud its helped me alot

So I need to connect a cable to the bottom of the phone that doesn't come with the package. Got it. I ordered one and it only comes with a USB C cable and two audio cables. What do I do?
I bought the Hollyland USB-C to 3.5mm adapter but it's not working on my iPhone 15. It works perfectly on my Android, but not on the iPhone... Does anyone know how to solve it? Thanks
Need help if i want to use 4 mic with 1 reciever with this one is it possible?
Can the receiver connect to a phone wirelessly?
Can you use an external lav mic with this?
Not for this one. Lark 150 can do that.
I cannot seem to connect it to my iphone no matter the adaptors I am using. I have bought two over the past six months, and I borrowed another adaptor today and it still it says cannot be found. Please help!
I can't able to hear the playback from the iPhone. Any solutions?
❤❤❤
M1 doesnt come with USB C or Lightining. Just Aux cables. False advertising
dude mine came with usb c and lightning. I was surprised.
@@FATBOTB4life man you are lucky I guess, I ordered straight from them and I only got the aux cables
@@colinp.4638 I ordered from Amazon. It had the lightning to 3.5, usb c to 3.5, and 3.5 to 3.5. I was as shocked as you cuz I was expecting just the 3.5 to 3.5
mine never came either, it came with the old headphone jack style and I had to buy a converter
@@CarsofGlasgow yeah that's what happened to me. I contacted them and never got a response
is this work with i pnone 14?
How would you recommend mounting the receiver to an iPhone in a gimbal?
that is terrible. no one shows how to do this and it really doesn't work well.
do the microphones record internally? can i use the microphone by itself?
They do have internal recording, based on the other videos I have seen of them.
can we connect type c lav mic with lark m1?
I need this mic
The cable you used at around 56", seems not to be in the package. Where can I buy a cable for Andriod's phone with USB-C? Thanks!
Scroll down to the Recommend Accessories section and find the TRS to USB-C cable
@@hollylandtechcan I use an adapter instead?
I bought this to use as lav mics for weddings but they feedback when turned up loud enough... any help?
Place it as close to your mouth as possible and activate noise reduction. 😀
Hi I am using Sony A7iii camera i set the audio setting to 1 and i connect the Hollyland Mic to camera and start record but audio is not recorded kindly guide how to record the audio

how you secure the receiver to the iPhone?
looks like they just clipped it to the plug, there is a clip on the back of the receiver, probably not the most secure way but compact and it is very light
Hi, like the look of the microphones!
Your video has a typo, the word Phones is misspelt, you have it as ‘Pohnes’ at timecode 0:44
Hi, there. Sorry for the error. We will ensure you don't get this type of error next time.
What do u expect from a iPhone user?😅
Is the Hollyland Lark M1 compatible with the Insta360 One RS action camera?
Yes, however, you'll have to use their official adaptor
@@hollylandtech I have bought the adapter from the official shop.

Great video. I like a lor your style, quite different than another youtubers
Not working in S22 ultra or iPhone 13 😢
¿Ineed the original adapter to correct ficticio?

Why you didn't tell us that upfront, u didn't provide the trs to lightning, trs to usb c??
Hollyland Technology... I love these mics but I am having a problem. Both of them are in the noise (green) cancelling mode and they will not turn back to regular (blue) mode. I was wanting to have one in regular (blue) mode and one in noise (green) cancelling mode. I followed your instructions to turn noise (green) cancelling mode off but all it does is flash to blue and then back to green again. Both mics do this. Any help, warranty or refund would be appreciated.
Hello, generally our two TX will keep synchronized, there is no way one is noise cancelling and the other is not, you can try upgrade the device and check if there's any problem with the button. If thses step did not help or you still have question, you can DM us on Facebook, so we can provide better help😀
@@hollylandtech Them both being noise cancelling or not is weird because I had to turn each one on in noise cancelling mode separately. But if they both have to be in noise cancelling mode or both not that is fine. They will NOT turn from noise cancelling mode to regular mode. They are both stuck in noise cancelling mode.. Also like a lot of people, I do not have Facebook so I can't contact you there.
Which cable should we use for Iphone 15 series with USB-C? TRS to USB - C?
Yo tengo el mismo problema
I bought the Hollyland USB-C to 3.5mm adapter but it's not working on my iPhone 15. It works perfectly on my Android, but not on the iPhone... Does anyone know how to solve it? Thanks
Does it work with Mac book. I saw it on Amazon that it works with all laptops and desktops, that’s why I bought it. Now I have not been able to connect it to my macbook
You have to connect it to your headphone jack and make it recognize the audio device you have it attached too. If you're going to use it to record voice overs in premiere pro, then you'd have to go in the premiere pro settings to recognize that. That's how I had to get it to work in a video I did about tips for improving your 2023.
Make sure you are using the TRRS cable the one with the white end. I had the same issue while using the wrong cable! Now it works both on my mac and iphone
Buenas los compre hoy pero no me funcionan lo conecto pero no cuando pienso grabar no graba el audio de mi vos
Does it have an internal storage bank in case of disconnect? Thanks
Putting it into the box can automatically pair it
@@hollylandtech what i meant was that if it had the same functionality of the DJI which records even when it is disconnected, let's say because out of range, so one can still access the file directly from the mic or receiver. I wanted to know if this model has something like that. Thanks
How to connect android phone..
Hi Hollyland, i bought the lark m1 yesterday, but i surprised cz the device are not supported for iphone 14 pro max. Do you have any solution for me please?
just now i unbox and trying to connect my iphone 14pro max did you connect well ??
@@noufalak1 Not yet, how about yours?
Yes connected but I feel quality is 😢
@@noufalak1 i think its not connected yet to your phone. When you connect Lark M1 to your iphone 14 pro max, i believe it still recording with the phone microphone, not the Lark M1. Thats why the quality is not good. I been try connecting Lark M1 to my Laptop, the quality is good enough.
@@noufalak1 Lark M1 only support to these iphone: Iphone 13, Iphone 13 Pro, Iphone 13 Pro Max, Iphone 12 Pro, Iphone 12, Iphone 11, Iphone XS Max, Iphone XR
how do you animate a text mispelling the word "phone"?
Right? So annoying they focused on the dumb transition sounds but failed to give a good instruction
I cannot get the microphones to work with my samsung galaxy S22. The app doesnt work when I put in the cereal number to use the bluetooth function and when it is wired in my phone recognizes the system as headphones and not as a microphone.

@@hollylandtech the hollyview app! I think i might need a replacement or a different model. Ive been trying to get it working for a month now :(
@@IceBergTV The Lark M1 does not work with the Hollyview app. The Lark C1 works with the LarkSound app but also not the Lark M1. If that feature is necessary in your case and you are still in the return window, we'd suggest you have it returned.
Hello.
I'm trying to use Lark M1 on my Canon M10, but when I connect, the right sound side stays so higher than left side. Why and how to fix that?
Hello, is there a difference in voice size between people using two microphones?
You can try switching to camera mode (RX light shows green), which is mono output. You can confirm whether there is a difference in left and right channel outputs (theoretically, mono output has the same volume on both sides). You can also use 6502 on other devices in the future to see if other devices have the same problem
have you tested them on android s20 fe?
You can find the complete list here: hollyland-techhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/10582268155923-What-smartphones-Lark-M1-is-compatible-with-
You do know we also have an Android Phone technology. Why isn't an Android cable set up shown?
I can't set the microphone to the highest volume leven, i've tried it all. Sometimes it will work, sometimes it won't. Im trying to record from mi macbook air. Could you tell me the specific instructions please? I bought mine a mont h ago.
LARK M1 requires a USB sound card to connect to the computer. You can try purchasing one and give it a try
@@hollylandtech do you have a tutorial about it? the solution I found it in someone else's tutorial that talks a little bit about the differences between the two cables that come with de mic. I think you're a bit short on tutorials about the LARK M1 which are not as intuitive as i thought they would be. The plugs are different: in order to use them in the computer you have to plug the gray cable to the laptop, otherwise the sensitivity of the sound would be terrible and the volume control won't work. Please upload more material about the use with computers, not only cameras and telephones.
This did not help
What about on a macbook pro?
Yes, it works
How to set medium volume level pls reply me
Tap column up/down button for two times to set it to the highest/lowest, and the medium volume is one click away.
This Mic can't use with computer please note
Yes it can. I use it with my Mac mini two times a week. Connect the RX to the computer wit the correct cable and they work great. They only connect wirelessly to each other. Meaning the mics wirelessly connect to the RX. You have to use a cable to connect them to your phone, computer or camera.
My issue is when I use one external mic. It only goes to one channel of my camera and not both of them. So it sounds like it’s only coming from one side of the speaker. 😢
Are you connecting the camera? If the camera is connected, there will be two modes: stereo and mono. If you don't want only one side to have sound, you can use mono mode
@@hollylandtech yeah i figured this out but I had no clue about about to change fro mono to studio and there was no info anywhere
0:44 for pohnes... KEK
why am I only recording in mono while using camera. how to record in stereo while using only one mic?
having same issue
@@FrancescoPioManciniapparently you need to hold the button for about 3 second on the receiver until it turn green for stereo mode.
@@Pakwi.dod0thanks I figured that out! On their instructions it says when the light is green is in mono …. So i guess they have translated in the wrong way
@@FrancescoPioMancini Technically they are still correct. But only if you are using the mic on Computer, then the light needs to be blue if you want to use stereo . BUT If you are using them on the camera, then the light must be green in order to use the stereo mode. Tricky but that's how it is 😂
I bought this microphone and although it is detected by my iphone, it does not take sound... how to do?
Mine is detected as a headphone… and when I record, there is not sound…. Please reply
Make sure you are using the TRRS cable the one with the white end. I had the same issue while using the wrong cable!
It happens the same to me. Did you manage to fix it??Thanks!
you spelt phones wrong! Next version we need to plug in a lav! Also a screen to view lvls. PLease make it to capture THE BEST AUDIO QUALITY PLEASE. MAYBE 32BIT!
Thanks for pointing that out and for the feedback.
Bonjour de Casablanca au Maroc.
Pouvez-vous dire à votre service marketing qu'il ait la gentillesse de répondre à mes emails.
Merci d'avance
He showed the connectors cables for Android phone and he tested it on iPhone but the cable for iPhone is not in the pack. So show me how does it work on Android!
Basically, there are two optional cables, one 3.5mm to lightning and the other 3.5mm to USB-C. If you are looking for a microphone, especially for your phone, you could check out the Lark C1 too: www.hollyland-tech.com/detail-larkc1
Why do I have just 1 blue light?
Hi, did you buy Duo Version? If you only buy Version with 1 TX, only one light in RX will light up
0:44 For POHNES! nice editing of the video :=)
I know that caught me too
re upload this vid and fix that spelling error please. I'm OCD 0:44
Good morning, I'm writing to you from Italy and I apologize for the spelling errors but as I don't know English I'm using Google Translate. Unfortunately I was unable to get a certain answer on the Italian web and I would kindly like to have a definitive clarification from you. The question is this; Is it possible to connect the Hollyland Lark MAX Wireless Microphone to the new GOPRO 12 BLACK? Thank you very much for your response and I wish you a happy new year
Hi!Happy New Year😃!Lark Max can connect to it. But you need to use a Gopro professional adapter with a TRS-to-TRS cable
@@hollylandtech Thanks for your answer! Happy New Year to you and your family!
Wrong spelling noticed in title 'For Pohnes'. It should be 'For Phones'.
This is not a tutorial. You should do a detailed explanation as you ship the item without any user manual! Your online manual link doesn't work (file is in the user's trash)
Disappointed with the purchase 😐

Make sure you are using the TRRS cable the one with the white end. I had the same issue while using the wrong cable!
Tengo ese mismo problema no suena alguno ya pudo solucionar
Can you recommend one that will work with drones? Will this work with drones?
Basically, as long as your drone supports external wireless microphones, it can be used. I would recommend our new LARK M2 or the more professional LARK MAX
@@hollylandtech thank you! I have the autel evo pro 2 enterprise with the large controller screen. Not sure if it’ll work with that regarding wireless external microphone. I’ll have to check the settings
@@hollylandtech forgot to add ask, do I connect the adapter to the handheld controller screen and it should play sound in the video coming from the drone or do I need to do any editing syncing sound with video?
@@MrVelasquez The footage captured by drones usually does not have sound because the noise from the propellers is quite loud. It depends on whether their drone's video transmission controller has an audio input port. If not, it's usually edited later and voice-over is added.
@@hollylandtech so it’s not technically wireless only from the transmitter to the mic? So you do need to plug into like an auxiliary port. It does have aux usb a & c ports as well. I just hope it works with the video recording while flying the drone without the need to edit by being plugged into the controller
