You do realize that medical opiates were given out like candy to a lot of us veterans for service connected injuries. No mention of the addiction/withdrawal afterwards. The same can be said to a large portion of the civilian population as well. Not everyone on drugs willingly puts themselves in a state of addiction.
That's what I'm saying. Instead of just blasting this dude's face and story on the internet for your own "likes" maybe show yourself actually giving him a hot meal or taking him to a shelter.

I've been trying for a long time to pass away from opiates, it's really hard to quit and they just won't kill me
