3 Kids and 3 Jobs. Is Life Too Busy to Run?

Lately i have been really struggling to get out running. Ive so mch going on my home life, my main job which is running 2 businesses and then on top of that, creating RUclips Content? Let's discuss.
I've went from someone who was overweight and struggling with no fitness 2 years ago to someone who I now call myself a runner. I run daily and absolutely love it. I hope you enjoy the video, if you have any questions please reach out to me in the comments.
