its good...but try and avoid oxidation in secondary fermentation/racking. its very very important. I'm sure you're aware of that. Otherwise, one sip and an experienced wine drinker will know its oxidized.

4 litre wine May 10gm yeast use hota hai
2.5gm yeast per litre of wine
Yes you can use Raisin that helps yeast harvest strongly

No glucose glycerin is not good for wine
Also one more querry .. I went through your degasing video. So is pomogranate wine an exceptional for not degassing it in this video.

i know i have asked too many questions
but please solve my query as i want to make this wine
1. Egg white use for cleaning the wine but process will be very long
Secondary fermentation will be not less then 2yrs. If you are ready to wait then use egg white after 3 months of secondary fermentation
2. Desi khand I never recommend because using desi khand it’s smell come in wine and taste very bad
So please do not use desi khand
3. If you have hydrometer then you can do primary for the of 8 days process using cheese cloth but secondary fermentation you have to put airlock other oxygen will made you wine sour
4. From 1kg pomegranate juice if you are not using water then you will get 400-500ml wine
Its depend how much juicy your pomegranate is?
5. Yes you can dissolve sugar in water and add to juice as I shown in Jamun wine 🍷

Munish Tyagi wine k taste sweet hota hai agar aap n sweet wine banaya hoga to
Aur agar dry wine banaya to sweet nahi hota par jo fruit dala hai uska taste hota hai sat may alcohol ka taste aata hai.
Aap k wine sour Q bana pata nahi.
“Aap nay pani store water dala tha na”
Agar pani store water nahi dala to aap ka wine kharab ho gaya hai.
Kyonki wine kabhi bhee sour nahi hota

Mem mene anar ki 🍷 wine ko kal sham ko fermented ke liye rakha lekin abhi tak usme koi activity nahi hui hai or subha mene chek kiya to airlock ka pani jar ke andar khich gaya. Kya isase wine kharab to nahi ho jayegi. Or esa kyo hua.
Kunwar Maan Chouhan fermenting kabhi kabhi slow process hota hai koyi bat nahi parayan mat hota.

Kya real juice ki wine bna sakte hain ..real juice ki wine kesi hoti hai
Raj Hans maynay Abhi complete real juice ka wine process post nahi kiya hai. Juice say wine banta hai.

Kitna level up huya hai
1000 ya 999 ho jayaga to samajhna ki fermenting process complete ho gaya hai
Nahi to secondary fermentation continue rakhna

Mam made two batch
Its 6th day of primary fermentation
in one batch its 90% sediments came to bottom of jar and near to no activity of yeast can be seen
I tried airlock on both but at first batch no bubble are coming
And in 2nd batch sediments are on top,just 10% are in bottom and yeast activity is high
What should i do
Can i mix both of them together for remaining 2 days
