My latest recipe RED WINE with jeggery you can see the recipe But using jeggery had a big problem. Once the wine prepare the smell of jeggery dominate the smell of fruits and other materials which we added in wine. That’s why I do not recommend jeggery. Regards

I feel I should request you to post a video on making liquor with Jaggery and home made Yeast recommended by You. Liquor made from Jaggery means it needs distillation. Mam can You pls take some efforts and bring that process to light as we can find many videos about making drinkable liquor at home with Jaggery. Mam definitely there are genuine video seekers who they wanted to know the right process of home made liquor with Jaggery. It's very cheap and I guess it takes just 5 to 7 days of fermentation and needs distillation by the end. Pls see Mam if You can workout as per request. Preserve mix fruit peels don’t have pulp & juice and without fruit pulp & juice wine cannot prepare. So no recipe by fruit pulps Only Grappa can made by grapes peels, which I m bringing soon. It’s under process

Well presented, I couldn't follow as to why too much of agitation and opening of vessel for so many intervals is required, wine making is batch fermentation not continuous, why do we add lemon and glycerine in wine, they inhibit alcohol formation, thanks for your demo, happy wineing :)

This is not wine. How did you measure 18% ABV ? To make this alcohol strength, you need starting specific gravity >1.139, and the raw material you have used, will not able to provide specified SPGR. BTW, how did you determine alcohol content, without any tool ?
That time i used refractometer and i cannot able to show the refractometer viewing point beacuse hole is very small, and due to lockdown i cannot able to buy hydrometer. i never lie on RUclips and just because of that i have lots of subscribes who prepare wine after seen my recipe. And they are directly connected with me. So better you try this recipe following everything as i mention on my recipe afterward you blame me. All the best.

I am not youtuber, but I can upload few pics of home made red, rose, sparkling and pineapple wine with ~ 15 to 19% ABV. Presently a 35L red wine batch is going on. BTW, How did you adjust backward sweet and acid blend in your recipe ? Also, a good quality wine requires EC1118, D47 or Turbo yeast (turbo for sugar wash). Which yeast strain did you use ?? for ur information sanitizer if used when water and soap not available or u in public contact frequently like dr etc but after applying sanitizer dont touch eye tongue etc some chemical in it u should not use to mesh grapes etc it might be dangerous thanks even it is written on it tooo
I started the batch 3 days ago with 2 kg red + 2 kg green grapes. Do not see much foam or much fermentation. I had taken active powder yeast 2 tsp. Do I need to add more yeast??

Madam, when you are showing how to get 18% abv ,pls don't forget that the methanol content goes up high & it could be very .dangerous.& fatal. You will need to suggest how to remove the methanol or suggest the qty to be consumed. My suggestion to the readers is if you are making 18% abv & if you are experiencing odd eyesight behaviour, pls do not drink that stuff any further till you have found out a way to remove the methanol.Thanx.

Methanol is naturally produced with ethanol especially when you are using fruits. When you distill the methanol is separated & then it is safe to drink for abv above 16%. If you don't do separation or distillation then the naturally produced methanol goes with the ethanol .If the body is able to adjust,then we'll & good.If not, the drinker can lose his eyesight. In your video,you have yourself suggested Govt has limited alcohol content in wine to 13 percent.That is because,anything more could affect the drinkers eyesight.Aage aapki marzi.

@@HomebrewGossips l agree to her reply. Fermentation is not dangerour process that is why worldwide home wine making is legal and practiced widely. The process of distillation where in alchol is seperated from the fermented juice namely wine is not permitted in home. It is a offence to carry out distillation at home. If proper hygene is mentained there is no reason to worry. The worse tjat can happen is tje wine will turn to vinegar and will not be very tasty but definitely not going to harm anyone. There are lots of cases we read about local hooch going wrong and causing blindness but thats not fermentation process.

If you don't do separation or distillation then the naturally produced methanol goes with the ethanol .If the body is able to adjust,then we'll & good.If not, the drinker can lose his eyesight.

@@HomebrewGossips l agree to her reply. Fermentation is not dangerour process that is why worldwide home wine making is legal and practiced widely. The process of distillation where in alchol is seperated from the fermented juice namely wine is not permitted in home. It is a offence to carry out distillation at home. If proper hygene is mentained there is no reason to worry. The worse tjat can happen is tje wine will turn to vinegar and will not be very tasty but definitely not going to harm anyone. There are lots of cases we read about local hooch going wrong and causing blindness but thats not fermentation process.
