      One thing more my wine comes out to be too sweet as i added 1.4 kg sugar in 1.5 kg jamun what i can do
      And if i want to make more wine with turbo yeast procedure will be same?
      And how much turbo yeast for 1.5 kg fruit

      First of all you added extra sugar which is not allowed
      Why cannot you follow my ingredients
      Now pl follow this
      For 1.5 kg Jammu
      1. Sugar 250gm
      2. Water 750 ml
      3. Tarbo yeast 5gm
      4. 1 small Lemon juice
      With this four ingredient you start the fermentation
      1. Primary fermentation will for 10 days
      After 10 days filter all pulps and keep for secondary fermentation
      2. Secondary fermentation will be 30 days afterward again filter and see how much your wine clear
      If it clear properly then ok otherwise keep it for another 15 days
      Uskay bad degassing karkay phir pina suru karay
      Aur ha wine 100ml say jada nahi pena ek din May

      Why such a variation of technique you mentioned here in comment is it due to turbo yeast
      And one more thing procedure will be same for other fruits also?

      Vegetable glycerin say wine ko kam time May ageing ka swad aata hai

    Hello, i have made jamun wine by ur recipe. I have followed all steps shown by u. After 2 days of fermentation its smelled sour. May be my jar problem. Today after six days i have decant it for 2nd stage. Add more 200gm suger and 3 pinch of Calcium Carbonate CaCO3 by thought it may reduce sourness or acid if it may create. Is this correct? I did not test it yet nor smell it again. Think i will check it after 15 days. Please guide.

      yash thunder gaming sir bina sugar k koyi bhee alcohol nahi banta hai. Yeast sugar khakar hi alcohol banata hai. Ismay 12% alcohol hai. Ek bar bana kar to dekhay. Recipe ko dhayan say follow karna bana tay waqt. Stay save. Bye 👋

      2 kg sugar for 8 ltr juice
      2 tbspoon brewer yeast
      Or if you want to adding wild yeast then 1 ltr
      And if you want to add water then add only 3 ltr not more then this...

      As you are using turbo yeast the process is different
      I prepare by wild yeast
      Their are process variations due to yeast

      Bina sugar milaya wine nahi banta… yeast sugar kha kark hi wine tayar hota hai. Yahi science hai… aur ya itna dry hota hai ki sugar khatam ho jata hai… 🙏
