First of all you added extra sugar which is not allowed Why cannot you follow my ingredients Now pl follow this For 1.5 kg Jammu 1. Sugar 250gm 2. Water 750 ml 3. Tarbo yeast 5gm 4. 1 small Lemon juice With this four ingredient you start the fermentation 1. Primary fermentation will for 10 days After 10 days filter all pulps and keep for secondary fermentation 2. Secondary fermentation will be 30 days afterward again filter and see how much your wine clear If it clear properly then ok otherwise keep it for another 15 days Uskay bad degassing karkay phir pina suru karay Aur ha wine 100ml say jada nahi pena ek din May 🥂

Hello, i have made jamun wine by ur recipe. I have followed all steps shown by u. After 2 days of fermentation its smelled sour. May be my jar problem. Today after six days i have decant it for 2nd stage. Add more 200gm suger and 3 pinch of Calcium Carbonate CaCO3 by thought it may reduce sourness or acid if it may create. Is this correct? I did not test it yet nor smell it again. Think i will check it after 15 days. Please guide.
