Great question mate, yeah you would need to be compliant even to co source with other deal sourcers. There’s a lot of confusion around this due to people being taught wrong. If your company isn’t compliant and ours is and you pass us a deal and we sell it, both mine and your company are at risk of getting fined. Hope this helps mate👊

Most of my money is in shares far better returns with the dividents than sitting in the bank. Get an isa and shelter the dividends from tax
