Great video hit all of the points but I will just add - the hard part is the investors - I spend 3-4 hours everyday cold calling leads adding them to my list, I post content too but if you go down that route expect to post consistently for 6 months+ before you get traction. You'll have these issues with any business. Its just not as easy as you think!
I agree, we always say finding a deal is the easier part but finding an investor to buy that deal is near enough impossible when you have no social proof. Most educators tell you “find a good deal and the investor will come” which is not the case. Deal sourcing is a 2 sided business, you need the deals and you need the investors. @@FontaineBrothers You're right, it lead me down the path to learn all about lead generation. Anyone reading this I highly recommend Alex Hermozi's book $100m leads. And I also recommend watching SMMA/Lead Gen agency RUclips channels. All their tactics work for deal sourcing.
We do most of out deals remotely, also many members of the dealers club do too. It requires a bit more work but ultimately it’s all about building relationships with agents, builders, other sourcers etc

Can you do deal sourcing remotely or does every deal require you to be there in person?

We work with people outside the uk yes but we only sell uk deals
