Im an average investor with heavy schedule and I am struggling to get a credible deal sourcer. I am looking for a good deal and partnering around SE London areas such as Greenwich borough, Belvedere , Dartford, grays, Gravesend, Bluewater, chatham areas etc. My preference would be a deal that's got great BMV if thats possible with possibility of adding value and refinancing/Flipping
I would LOVE, to see someone from England try and "negotiate" with typical Scottish estate agents! lol Most of them just tell you the vendor wants at least the asking price on the home report and won't even take offers to the vendor. I've had "Rosie Fraser" agents call me and tell me to not bother turning up at a property if my offer isn't asking price! lol Is this an English thing where a "negotiator" ACTUALLY, negotiates? Is this because England doesn't have Rics valuers put home values on English home reports??

All good buttering up agents with cheap tricks but bottom line is the money and no matter how many chocolates you give them if the money aint right they aint your buddy. Deal sourcing may work in fairyland but in reality its not so straight forward and doesnt exist unless you have deep pockets like perhaps a ranjan or take on somewhat troublesome projects . No shade just my 2 cents before fan boys and agents have a moan. Yes some nice agents will be kind enough to give you first dibs but dont think they wont sell you out in a flash for a 1k higher offer 👍
