Great content Saj - thank you. One thing I wanted to check with you is the "hack" that you outline at the end. I have been under the impression that a co-sourcing arrangement where one party is not fully compliant is in effect a non compliant structure. What are your current thoughts on this? Many thanks.
Hi Saj, another practical and insightful RUclips video on "How to start a property sourcing business? " I do have a question? "Do I have to find the property deal first or do I need to find the investor first in order to sell and package the deal?"
Finding deals has bene very hard for me. I've found that it's over saturated and too many people are doing it Ur chances of finding a deal are incredibly slim. It's not about how hard u work. It's about who u know
Who you know helps. However, understanding 'a deal' means different things to different people. There are always property opportunities in every market, they are just not always the same.
I’m a beginner that’s trying to source a deal for myself and the way I look and understand it is, let’s say I’m a cash buyer with a certain budget looking for a certain property deal for myself and in the process if I come across a deal that’s not for eg affordable for me as a cash buyer I can possibly pass this deal on but as a beginner who would I sell it to, especially if I don’t know anyone (an investor) ?
These 3 videos will help you with this. ruclips.net/video/iw8LqWzXH4Y/видео.html ruclips.net/video/tB5PKlwDjd4/видео.html ruclips.net/video/U5O0hdVJhXQ/видео.html
If you are concerned about that then you give people part of a process to do so that they have a piece of the jigsaw but not the whole picture. I prefer to try and find people I can trust to work with.
Hi Saj, I am very interested to learn how do deal package strategy. I would be grateful if you could let me how much it will cost me to a course will you.
Hi A Uddin, hope you're doing well and thanks for the comment! You can find our upcoming events on my website and if you have any further questions, send me a message on my Instagram. There should be a link somewhere in the description under this video. Wish you all the best, Saj
Really useful information Saj, thank you! Just a quick question please. If I am an investor who is marketing direct to vendor to source deals. Would all these compliance still be relevant? Thanks again
At the start of the video, you scared me ... I've no knowledge how things work in properties,, I am learning all this so i could help my husband, but this seems to be more difficult
I found it took me time to build relationships with investors. If you have good deals, they will easily sell. You just need to tell enough people what you do.
Hi Saj, great video when is your next training session. Thank you
Honest and somewhat generalised advise. A size gentleman
Saj, would you be able to break down an example of what a good deal is. Numbers, figures, everything. What to look for?
Great Vid again Saj 👍
Glad you enjoyed
Very nice video thank you 😊 🙏
Most welcome 😊

How would you go about upscaling this business obviously u can employ people but what about trusting them?
If you are concerned about that then you give people part of a process to do so that they have a piece of the jigsaw but not the whole picture. I prefer to try and find people I can trust to work with.
Thanks Saj for this informative video. How can one reach you ? Do you do any mentoring?
Yes I do. You can message me on Facebook and Instagram @TheSajHussain or you can use this link here: www.sajhussain.com/contact-us/
Hi Saj, thanks for making the video. Can the payment be paid monthly or are they all upfront costs?
Matt, fees are normally paid on the completion of the deal.
Thanks for your helpful video again
Always welcome

Hi Saj,
I am an 18 year old with just gcse grades, I have £7,000 savings and work a part time job, do u think I could get onto the property ladder ?
How much does it cost to set up as a deal sourcer in general?
I heard about 2k to become compliant
Really useful information Saj, thank you! Just a quick question please. If I am an investor who is marketing direct to vendor to source deals. Would all these compliance still be relevant? Thanks again
Not if they are for yourself and you are not re-selling them.
When deal sourcing only talk about the figures, NEVER talk about what kind of house it is
People buy on emotion and justify with logic.
At the start of the video, you scared me ... I've no knowledge how things work in properties,, I am learning all this so i could help my husband, but this seems to be more difficult
Become complaint last month. Finding out FAST investors are full of sh#t. Wishing I didn't spend 1500 of savings now
