Hi guys, some of you are curious about the music background. I'm sorry but i forgot the title of this song, but i remember the name of the artist "Neffex" you can search it there are too many choices and beautiful songs there.
You can see if it's ready, for example after you take a dumpling out of the freezer, put it in a pan and add a little water and then cover it to cook and soften the wrapper of the dumplings. You can see the dumpling when it's cooked and the wrapper is soft and chewy. It should be on low heat so it doesn't burn. When there's no water or it's dry, put a little oil and just cover it to fry it until it turns brown on both sides, it's up to you if you want deep fried, take longer to fry, that's your choice. When both sides turn brown, add a little water again and cover the pan, wait for the water to dry, then take out the dumplings. But if you want deep fried or crispy, don't do the last part.
Use a non stick pan and immediately put the potsticker from the freezer, add water as you expect it to cook the dumpling. The pan must have a lid and when there is only a little water, turn down the heat until it is a little dry and add a little lard. Cook it on a low flame just cover it and when you feel it browning slowly turn it over to cook the other side. If you want deep fried, just cook it longer and add more oil. Because I prefer this way of cooking, so I don't fry it for a long time and I add a little water when it's cooked, cover it to keep it moist until there's no water. For me, the wrapper is more delicious and chewy, so I prefer this style of cooking.
SHe didn’t even do it correctly . You’re suppose to add oil (if you don’t add enough it’ll stick. So add enough.) fry the bottom till it’s barely golden THEN. water. So when the water is gone it’s being fried and won’t stick.
Generally I do oil then water myself but as long as your tending to it , you should be good. I move around for a bit till I know they’re not sticking and then go ahead and wait for my crisp , especially if straight from the frozen bag it helps me take my time and make sure that filling is nice and hot

Yes ofcourse! just don't add water at the last part and you need to fry it longer so that you can achieve the crispy that you want.
